I had Witten roofing replace my roof in June of last year. So fast forward 8 months and this is what I find. So instead of informing me I had any damage at all in this area, I guess they just stuck a piece of flashing here. I’m assuming when they pulled the shingles they caused damage and put a piece of flashing. I have no clue. Because they didn’t tell me about it. The salesman didn’t tell me during the inspection and the roofers didn’t say anything either. This is the second roof Witten has done for me. Never again.

From the time I made the phone call to Witten & the time my new roof was completed was really fast. Donnie was very professional, informative & helped with my insurance claim. He was also very patient during my shingle color selection (the longest process of all, lol). I was out of town on the day the roof was replaced & Donnie took the time to drive by my house, inspect & take pictures to send to me. Very happy with the whole experience!

They were very helpful and professional, Clint made things very clear and handled things with my insurance provider. They did an amazing job on the roof the workers were fast and did a good clean up job. Do your own research but I would definitely recommend Witten.

In November 2019, Witten Construction replaced the roof on the townhouse that I was renting and in the process of buying. They worked quickly and professionally. They matched the roof beautifully with my neighbor’s roof and cleaned up after the job so thoroughly that, I never found one tack on my front or back patio!Well, I was so impressed that I decided to replace my skylight and I had the opportunity to meet Charlie, who did a great job with the installation and was kind enough to oil my roof turbine that was making noises.(Fast forward to Friday, April 8, 2022) My roof turbine had been damaged and my neighbor had already taken it down. I needed a replacement quickly before the next rain. Also, I had some gutters that needed to be repaired. I called Steve, at Witten Construction, at 8:08am and by 10:16am I was talking to Randy, who was picking up my brown turbine to match my roof better than the silver one. Randy did a great job and he took a picture of my damaged gutter and sent it to Steve.I received a call from Steve at 1:30pm asking if the guys had taken care of my jobs. Well, I did not know that my gutter job was complete, too! I told Steve he had some very good workers that took pride in their jobs. I really appreciated everything they had done.When I arrived home, I couldn’t have been more pleased; the gutters looked great!I’m writing this on 4/11/22 and it’s thundering and raining outside, but no worries. We bought our house and seller agreed to new roof. I was nervous as I've never heard of Witten Construction, but hands down this group of men did a wonderful job. My cheminey started leaking on 2/11/20, so I contacted Witten Construction on 2/12/20 at the recommendation of my insurance agent. They came out and conducted an inspection. There was some miscommunication regarding the bid's scope of work, however Steven has personally reached out to me to to get everyone one the same page. He has agreed to prepare an accurate bid for my review. If I decide to hire Witten, I will follow up with a review of the work performance. As for customer service, great job so far!

Don't waste your time and they will tell u that is all that they can do it was a leak and it leak worse after they work on it and 3 months later they call you and ask what can they do and u say give me my money back and u hear crickets

Well Laura came and dropped the ash tree on my roof,water was pouring in and I got in touch with Steve Thompson. His guys showed up in the rain and tarped my roof till I could get the ash tree off. Mr. Donnie Chapell, lied to me, told me i had hail damage and needed new roof. Then Donnie and Mr. Cullpeper from State Farm both saw damasge but refused to put roof on my house. Im a widow, have a high school age son and roof has damage from storms in area. these two men are not honest and frankly unprofessional. extremely disappointed in both for lack of integrity!!
