We were pleased to finally be able to get the part in from GM and get the Chevy Trax repaired. This has been a long process in getting the necessary parts in as well as diagnosing the problem with our noise when it reached 1700 rpms. As a result of the repair of the Air as well as repairing/resetting the radio know we don't have that problem anymore.

I was in the market for a new truck and headed on over to Jim Taylor since they have an excellent reputation for customer service.I asked the gentleman who greeted me at the front door to tell me where I could find a Mr Charles Williams.I got word that he was the man to talk to if you want a good deal on a vehicle.I was not disappointed.Mr Williams went above and beyond in helping me get a great deal on a new truck.He made time for me even with dealing with another customer and let me go ahead and take the truck out for a test drive while he finished up.When I returned we sat down and made a deal that I was very satisfied with.If you are in the market for a new vehicle don’t hesitate to visit Jim Taylor and be sure to ask for Mr Williams.

Bought a car recently from them, had it for 2 months and both of my tires were already showing wire because an alignment was not done while they had it but was told all basic maintenance was done on it. Few minor issues that were glossed over and not been truthful about.

I went in for the installation of some back ordered parts. Got a call informing me that the parts were in so I Scheduled the appointment two weeks in advance. The rep said that it wouldn’t take but an hour so I planned on waiting. Not long after I arrived their internet went down. After 2 hours I was informed that the parts department could not pull the parts(that were in house) because the system could not be accessed. After I complained they got to work. After 4 hours they brought my vehicle around without 1 of the two parts that were to be installed. I told them to just give me the part and I will install it. There is a laziness problem with the parts department and/or the service technicians. The service reps at the front desk were as helpful as they could be. You guys have a problem!

Best Service department I have ever used!!! Called the day before for an appointment and was secheduled for 8:00 a.m. the next morning. Friendly, courteous staff!!!My vehicle there for a routine inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Excellent service visit. Fast and efficient in and out in about 30 minutes!!!!!!!! I have used Jim Taylor with my previous vehicles and never experienced any problems at this dealership. I highly recommend Jim Taylor Chevrolet for all your service needs.

About 10 years ago when we lived in Delhi, I had called to schedule an oil change. The first question I was asked was “Did you purchase here?” I replied no. I was then told only their customers who purchased vehicles there have priority and it would be several weeks before I could get an appointment for an oil change. So of course I made a complaint that fell on deaf’s ears. So now we are back in Delhi and I was told the service department was under new management so I called. And the first question I was asked was “Sure! Would you like to come in today?” And I said “yes thank you!”

What a great experience to purchase a vehicle from Jim Taylor. I had only heard great things from this company and decided to use them for the purchase of a new vehicle. I was not disappointed. As soon as I gave the approval for the purchase, Henry had things rolling along. We were passing through and staying at a nearby hotel. When we were set to leave, and found we couldn’t leave due to car trouble, we went to your facility. The staff there (Cameron especially) were all amazing, and above and beyond helpful. We ended up getting our issue resolved, along with another we hadn’t been able to tend to yet. Cameron was informative and more than willing to help in every way he could. Getting put behind by 6 hours of our 13 hour drive that day, turned out to be worthwhile. We have decided that we are willing to drive the 12-13 hours to your facility moving forward, if we run into any more issues. Made an appointment. Called the day before to confirm and see if I had that time. Got there was told, we’ll get you as soon as we can there are three people ahead of you!! My appointment was at 8:30 I got there at 8:20. There was no place to sit In waiting area had to sit out in showroom. They finished my car, I saw it outside, no one came to tell me. I finally went and asked if it was ready. Then was told it was 94.25. I didn’t know the price for an oil change had gone up that much.

It seems as if EVERY Jim Taylor experience for me has been a very unpleasant experience, however, this last experience was worst of all. Long story short, I came in with a luxury car that needed a recall fixed for the SECOND time because the first time an appointment was made and there was no part there to be put ion the vehicle, however I left out in what sounded like a squealing piece of junk. I turned around, took the car back and asked to please fix my car so that I don’t have a fatality on my way home. The bolts and screws weren’t tightened down and all I could get is an I’m sorry. I didn’t even get offered a drink of water, I had to ask for it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
