I purchased this beautiful deck from All Decked Out in Scott, LA over two weeks ago. AFTER purchasing the deck, I was informed that if I wanted it delivered it would be an additional $80... I decided instead of paying the $80, I would come pick it up. The sales person told me it would be ready the next morning. Once I got there with the trailer they told me it wasn’t ready and nobody was at the office because the girl was at the doctors office. (Not my problem) So I called and called and called to schedule a pickup and the owner informed me that they were short handed and I had to call when I was on my way (again, not my problem) Once I requested a refund the owner called me and was extremely ugly, rude, and obnoxious. It took over two weeks to actually get it to my home. The quality of the products are awesome, the sales woman was awesome, the boys were also awesome... That owner “DANA” is another question. I’m not sure how he plans on keeping business with an attitude like that. HE WILL ROT!!! They will never receive my business again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.

Hack jobs on mini splits, leaving excess copper coiled up vertically will cause oil build up and damage units. Cut the line set to length and make the connection the right way

Brittany was very helpful, professional & understanding. James & helper were great at their building our porch. Can't wait till they come back out to paint once the wood dries out. James knows his business. Kudos to James & Brittany😁
