BEWARE SCAM ARTIST!!! Brad's Roofing is a scam!!!! We hired Brad to repair a leak in our commercial building and paid him 2K for these repairs. He was supposed to use water barrier over the areas where the screws which may have been leaking and then use water sealing roof coating. Well the leak has persisted and we have chased Brad for him to come back out and fix the leak and he has never responded to us. We have tried calling, texting, his emails are now undeliverable. Total scam artist and now that we have brought out a new roofing contractor and they reviewed the work and come to find out he used the incorrect coating and installed the ridge caps incorrectly and we now have leaks in areas where we didn't! Please save yourself the money, time and headaches and don't use Brad's roofing I would hate to see others lose their hard earned money to this company! I wish I could rate this company a zero, but unfortunately Google doesn't allow it.

I've called them twice now. First time was to install ridge vents and the second time entire roof replacement. Reasonable price, professional, prompt. Finished product looks exceptionally nice. My previous install never looked this nice.Services: Roof installation, Attic venting installation

Steer clear of this business by all means. Does not even deserve one star. Brad put new roof on 6 years ago and it is a disaster. He promised he would fix it under warranty but has stood us up and now will not answer messages or return our calls.

Since I can not amend my original review I’ll post a separate one. Brad reached out a few weeks ago regarding the leak in my roof. He had a very valid reason why he want able to make the original appointment. He did come over his next available appointment to inspect the area where the roof was leaking and noticed one area where a roofing nail was in the wrong place. He repaired my roof the next day at no charge. This is the company I will recommend! Thank you Brad for everything!

I had two other roofers come out for the same leak and it was never fixed. Brad came out and found what was causing it immediately and fixed it at a reasonable price. I would use him again.Service: Roof repair
