After observing wet paint in my son’s bedroom during a rain storm, I began looking into the cause of the water intrusion. I noticed that a roof vent above his room looked funny and the roof all around it was soft. Not knowing anything about roofs, I contacted Shifflett Roofing and was quickly in touch with Johnny. I explained my situation and he and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a very fair and reasonable repair quote. I agreed to the work and before I knew it, the team was fixing the problems. Once done, I would never had known they were there if I didn’t see them. Not one nail, screw, shingle etc was left behind. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Nothing less than professional and proficient. Will definitely use again!!

We can’t say enough good things about Shifflett Roofing. Johnny came out Monday afternoon to give us a quote. Tuesday morning workers arrived early and ready to work. If I could put 10 stars I would once I made contact with Tim he immediately had Beau get a hold of me. They came and looked at the roof. I had already had it inspected by the insurer in a couple of days they had all the materials in one day they had the entire roof torn apart and down to the boards and the guys worked into the dark to finish it on the second day, and I have a complete roof. It looks gorgeous. Hope to never have to replace another roof but there’s only one company that I would use and that’s Shifflett roofing.

I've had to have my roof repaired twice after storms since 2011. Shifflett Roofing has done the work both times and I've been very pleased with the work. The crews came timely and kept the area cleaned up while they were completing the work. They were very respectful of our property and skilled at doing their jobs. Tim worked with us and the insurance company to get the best deal he could for us. I think he was very fair, and worth the money. Tim and Vincent were great. I had Garcia Roof seal my flat roof over the master wing addition which began leaking two year after their install. I called many roof complaints, all of which refused to touch it since it was a flat roof. I happened to stumble across Shifflett Roofing on Google and they came out within a day to look at it. I had a quote same day, and a few days later they came out to remove and replace the entire flat roof area. I am beyond pleased with their work and their professionalism. Tim and Vince were straight up and honest about the scope of work which I really appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof company to do their job.

Is not familiar with concentric venting, rendered a high efficiency furnace inoperable. PVC venting uses EPDM roof jacks, but Shifflett's installed a conventional metal jack and cap. After repairing the mistake, he insists a storm collar be installed. This also shows lack of knowledge. A storm collar is needed when pipe expansion/contraction is an issue (i.e. metal vent piping) as such a PVC pipe does not heat enough to have relevant expansion/contraction to break a bead of silicone. Silicone would not even be required had the correct jack been installed. 3 stars because the paper and shingles looked fine. Would not recommend for specialist work.
