Storm Guard Roofing was employed to put a new roof on our home in January, 2024 and they were exceptional in every way! The workers were delightful, efficient, professional, and I had a beautiful roof in just one day. They were amazing to watch! Each interaction with Storm Guard from beginning of conversations with them to the finished product has been excellent. In my opinion, they are the absolute best in roofing. They have done such a good job that I wont need a new roof at this location for another 20 years at least, but if I were looking for a roofer they would definitely be my only choice, hands down! We got scammed with a terrible roof replacement after Hurricane Ida and had to replace the entire roof again due to multiple leaks. Stormguard did such high quality work and made us so comfortable that we were in good hands. Not only did they replace the roof, but they changed all of the vents to match the roof color without being asked. I never thought I would think a roof was pretty but our new roof looks great and has actually improved the curb appeal of our home! Would absolutely recommend Stormguard and we are so grateful to have a reliable roof for our family.

Edit/update: Caulk wasn't enough, work had to be done, at least 2 rows of shingles were to be replaced over each dormer. Leaking persisted even after that and since I've paid them in full (because they did come do the work) I have not been able to schedule them to come out again and help do more investigating as to the cause of the issue. They did work fast and were professional when I talked to them/when they were here.Initial: Sent a message in on their website. Was called about an hour later and they were able to get someone out same day! Marshall Holt came to give me an estimate for couple areas of concern that were leaking. Turns out it just needed a little caulk and was good to go. I will be calling Marshall again if I have any roof concerns! He was polite and professional and arrived within the time he said he would.

Excellent prompt Roof Repairs at 2 different properties. I used Storm Guard Services on an investment property because they had completed a repair on the roof at my personal residence 6 months ago. It was done right the 1st time. No hassle. Priced right. They installed shingles I had on-site which saved me $$$. If you have a roofing issue, call Storm Guard 1st and you won't need to waste time calling anyone else to get a second bid.

Marshall, with Storm Guard was by far the most professional where it came to information and presentation.There was a miscommunication with the materials, and when I discovered this halfway through the installation, Storm Guard took every opportunity to remedy the situation and make sure I was comfortable with the final product. The roof looks great and the team did a fantastic job cleaning up the site after they completed the work. They were on time and conscious of our lawn and driveway. The roof installation took 1 and 1/2 days as promised. We were informed of every step through text messages. The roof looks perfect. Clean up left no trace of debris and nails. The trash bin was kept tidy and removed immediately when the job was completed. Workers were very considerate of our property and our neighbors as well. Complete joke. Avoid at all costs. Roof was replaced in 2019. Since then it has been discovered that a flashing was not installed on one section (since fixed), the kitchen vent was not sealed properly and leaked (since fixed) and now I have a good sized leak in the living room ceiling that is affecting the wall, too. I called to have them come take a look since I'm still under warranty. Called them last Tuesday and was told I'd receive a call back that afternoon. Didn't hear from them until I called back Thursday. I was told on the Thursday call they'd call me back. I received a callback and was told someone would come take a look Saturday morning. Nobody showed Saturday morning as advertised. Finally around 11am Saturday I called to try and get a time estimate and was told we we're never scheduled and they were closed for the holiday weekend. Was told I may receive a text in a couple hours with an update and to go about our day because nobody would be coming today...update never came. It's understandable that they were closed for Memorial Day weekend, but I did not appreciate being told someone was going to out over the weekend if they office was closed. Called Tuesday morning and was told I'd receive a call in a couple hours. Well, that call never came either.. I've tried calling multiple times again and nobody will call me back or answer. Terrible customer service and poor quality. Avoid at all costs.UPDATE:The owner called and demanded I take my Google review down. In all the Google reviews I've written, I've never had this happen. Anytime the owner has called it has been to try to make the situation right, now demand I remove an honest review. The owner claimed I was "holding them to a time, lying and attacking her." I simply called over 1.5hrs after they were supposed to arrive to check in.. It's not like I was calling 5 minutes after their original ETA. Mr. Ricky told us he would send us a report and pictures.. the owner even asked my wife for an email address to send the inspection report and pictures to - an email address was given. We are still yet to receive said report. My wife and I had a chimney expert come, 2 other roofing companies and 2 general contractors come out to assess the roof, chimney and water damage inside the house. All, but Storm Guard have said the roof is the culprit and the chimney is absolutely fine with nothing wrong. I have since reached out to the corporate Storm Guard office. Mike has been fairly helpful to work with. He initially listened to my concerns and said he would reach out to the local office, while asking me to provide him with pictures and estimates from the other contractors. Mike got back with me and said the local office claimed to have conducted a water test (not true. They never touched our hoses at the house and a water test would take longer than the 10-15 minutes they were on property). Mike also told me that the local office said the previous home owners had elected to reuse a flashing instead of replacing it and that it wasn't their issue. Mike and I agreed to have the local Storm Guard office come back to our house and conduct a water test. In hearing back from Mike, the local office is refusing to conduct a water test "since they already conducted one and do not have the time." I understand Mike is trying to discern the truth from both of us.....but the local office has outright lied to him. Whole process has been very disappointing. Had they been upfront initially about their communication errors, not lied to us or Mr. Mike, provided the report when asked and explained the fact the pervious owners elected to reuse the flashing instead of making it seem like they didn't want to deal with the problem when I raised my initial concerns I would not be nearly as disappointed in the service received. I could have lived with them not fixing the leak because of the reused flashing, but I did not appreciate the deception and rudeness. I have continued to try and get a copy of the report and pictures and continue to get the run around.
