APEX DISASTER SPECIALISTS response to my house was within hours of my call. These people were so respectful and courteous. They brought praying equipment with and began the draying out process immediately after surveying the water damage from the burst pipes in my laundry room attic. The next day they sent out a very nice tech to remove damaged drywall and insulation. He covered the part of the room and appliances that were not damaged. He removed all the drywall and insulation. Then he done fantastic cleaning of the room. I was well pleased with APEX DISASTER SPECIALISTS Louisiana,LLC. They handled all paperwork and communication with the insurance company. I was so pleased with everything that they did.

Had some major water damage to our home recently and Apex came out the next day, tore out all wet sheetrock and flooring, setup dryers and fans and completed remediation in 4 days. All whilst we were still living in the west half of the house. Dalton did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the process along the way. They were courteous and efficient. They vacuumed and cleaned up after the job and they delt with our insurance company directly which took a great deal of pressure off us during this difficult time. We contacted APEX for water mitigation services following the May 2021 weather-related flooding in my home and garage. They responded immediately to my call and provided a very fair estimate. On the scheduled workday, the team arrived on time, setup, promptly got started, and completed the job the same day. The premises were swept, mopped and left very clean for the rebuild. I had mold growing on my ceiling upstairs. Apex came in and put up plastic barriers along with air scrubbers to keep it from spreading while they remediated it. I had a company come in and perform a mold test after they finished and it passed with flying colors.
