I can’t say enough about the people who own and work for Blue Nail in Sulphur. They have been so very professional and so helpful in my quest to get my house, carport and shop taken care of after the two hurricanes we had in SW Louisiana. They have kept in touch with me and worked with my insurance company in order for me to get the most for my money and get as much taken care of as possible without me having to put out any more money than I have to. I could not be happier with all the fellows that work for this company. They have even offered to come by my house and check on things when I was out of town. It has taken awhile to get my materials but I have no qualms about that. I’m just so pleased that they are getting it done and done right. Thanks to all Blue Nail personnel from Eric on down. This lady is soooo very pleased with your work and your professionalism. God bless you all. Blue Nail Roofing and Construction completed our needed repairs after Hurricane Laura in Lake Charles, LA, which included a new roof, gutters, new porch overhang, pool enclosure, pool equipment shed and fencing repairs as well as coordinating the pouring of a new parking pad and repainting our house. We found Eric Thomason to be knowledgeable about all aspects of the work performed, patient and diligent communicating with our insurance company, and honest and upfront regarding the timeline for getting things done. He and his office staff answered our phone calls and emails immediately. He was able to get a company out of Dallas to come to Lake Charles and install the pool enclosure when the local company owner that was to do the job fell ill and succumbed to COVID. He kept the various jobs moving forward and kept us apprised with frequent updates so we were not worried.
