Also just a good guy to deal with. By far best and quickest service department around. I won't be getting my vehicles or servicing them anywhere else.

Exceptional Service at Mike Willis Ford - 5 Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an unexpected visit to Mike Willis Ford in Sulphur, Louisiana while relocating from Galveston, Texas to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Truck broke down, and let me tell you, it wasn't fun.But here's the thing - these folks at Mike Willis Ford turned our day around. Allison in Service was great. She coordinated with the mechanics and they got the truck fixed in under an hour. Quick, professional service that got us back on the road. That's what I'm talking about.The sales team made us feel comfortable too. No unnecessary sales pitches, just genuine folks looking out for us during our impromptu visit. And they didn't blink an eye when we brought our dogs inside, even provided them with water. A cool spot away from the heat and rain was appreciated by us and the dogs.All in all, Mike Willis Ford went above and beyond. They made a rough day better. Highly recommend this place, whether you're local or just passing through like we were. They know how to do business and treat customers right.Photos of our visit are attached. In 2021 I ordered a Bronco Sport from Mike Willis. From the day I got this car the brakes made a terrible noise when in reverse. I asked about this issue multiple times with zero solve or even an offer to fix it. One gentleman had the audacity to tell me that this is completely normal and that his Ford truck does the same thing. I also had a small plate on the dash come out. When we called no one seemed to want to help me on that either. At this point I was ready to trade it in when I could and never get another Ford again.Fast forward a few months. I’ve moved to Houston. I decide to bring my Bronco to a dealership here to see if they are equally useless. Guess what? My back brake pads were almost gone. There is a recall on my brakes that I wasn’t told about. This dealership took in my car immediately. They fixed the brakes and the plate in the dash FOR FREE AND IN A DAY.I will make sure that all of my friends and family stay clear of Mike Willis. I use that car to drive my child around and the brakes were toast. How incredibly scary. The lack of care from the team at Mike Willis deserves zero stars. Do better.

My husband and I travel for work and were in a time crunch. I knew that I wanted a new red F150 with leather seats and all the new safety bells. What a wonderful personal truck buying experience. I brought my farther-in-law Ted Hanks and Mother-in-law Carolyn Hanks for their advice that day. They have bought many vehicles from this Ford dealership.We made a morning appointment with Mr. Jacob Bryant a sales consultant. By the end of the day, I drove off in my new truck, what a great feeling. Mr. Bryant had all my options line up. Ready for me to test drive at my arrival. Mr. Bryant was proactive, intuitive, and genuine.Mr. Justin Johnson the finance manager ran the number each way he could accommodate us. He advised we try the Ford Motor Credit. Mr. Johnson was compassionate. We also bought the extended mile warranty. I am very happy about my visit!

I want to give a shout out to the Mike Willis team. I’ve been a customer for many years, and I feel like there’s always a special service when you go. Sales anyways makes great deals and helps me through the smooth process of getting new vehicles.The new Quick Lane is also a game changer, they always get me in last minute on my sporadic decisions to change tires or add a level. Not to mention their pick up and delivery!Highly recommended to everyone for all vehicle needs!

DON’T GO!!!!!! I was lied to about so many things. I wanted certain features that I was told the vehicle I got had. Even printed out the window sticker showing me that the car came with WiFi/hotspot. I brought my new car home and called to set up the WiFi/hotspot service just to be told my car was not equipped with this feature. I contacted the dealership and questioned them and was told that NO EXPLORERS have that feature due to chip shortage. So y’all couldn’t tell me this when I specifically said that I wanted it. NEVER trust the salesman.

Recently, I went out of state on a hunting trip. I was traveling down I-10 in my 2015 f250 when I heard a pop from my vehicle. My truck had no power and I noticed my turbo gauge was not moving. I googled the nearest ford dealership and luckily it was MIKE WILLIS FORD! I pulled in, explained my situation and what happened. Turns out the hose on my turbo had blown. DEVIN and the technician were awesome!!! They had the part, got it changed out in the parking lot and 20 minutes later I was back on the road. They saved my hunting trip!! Thanks Mike Willis ford!!

Mike Willis Ford service my son's truck When he broke down on the way to Texas. However when the same problem happened a few months later I called from Baton Rouge and couldn't find anyone at this dealership that could answer a question about warranty on a Saturday morning. The man I spoke with avoided answering anything directly, stated I would have to speak to someone in service. I was left feeling Ford doesn't want to deal with warranty work.

Very polite people. Tyler, our salesman was very informative and wasted no time in getting the deal done. My only real concern is that they did not reveal all of the damages to the vehicle (used truck). And the detail department really did no cleaning of the interior at all. I will admit I feel I got a pretty decent deal, but after I left I started to notice the dirt inside the cab, and upholstery stains telling me that the interior was not cleaned other than a quick vacuum job. I would buy from them again, as I said. They were efficient in getting the finance done quick and I didn't spend all day buying a vehicle.

Everyone bent over backwards to help get us on the road ASAP the next morning, and saved our family trip! My truck needed transmission work and I used Mike Willis Ford because we had purchased my truck from the dealership. My truck went into the shop May 18th and came out 7 weeks later! The service manager that I was working with left for vacation the week of July 4th and I found out by accident when he didn't return my calls.I ended up talking with Tessa late on Wednesday. She said she would call me back before close of business that day. She told me that the technician didn't know that one more repair needed to be made. She called me back the next day after lunch to let me know that my truck was ready. She accomplished in a day and 1/2 what the service manager couldn't in 7 weeks.I drove my truck for 1 week yesterday morning (July 12 ,2023.) I got in my truck and it wouldn't start. I opened the hood and couldn't believe what I saw. My battery, I have no words to describe, but battery acid had built up and over flowed on top of my battery! What service department would close the hood on something like that! I had to purchase a new battery. The service department, excluding Tessa will no longer be getting my business!

I took my car in there to get serviced for an update. Has the autozone code and was willing to pay for the testing. Service advisor never took my code and just brushed off half of what I said. Then after waiting an hour during my appointment. He said something about him not wanting to charge me and wanted to wait until I had a warranty. I told him the code that was thrown was an emissions one and the emission warranty should cover it. Then he tried to over explain emissions system and how it was big and vase and my code from auto-zone was just a general one. I was like the autoplex mechanics agreed it was just an update that was needed. I did my research and I know a good bit of about cars from growing up around mechanics. I just can’t update the car myself. He just like “ I just want to save you money.” I think he was just trying to push me out so I left. I went straight to the dealership in lake charles and they took everything I said seriously and even let me show them the code that was thrown. Not one time did I feel like I was being talked down to or being brushed off. Will not come back here again. All I wanted was the update and possibly another Pcv valve if that is what was needed so the rough idling would stop.

I had a recall on my car and based on my last experience with the Lake Charles Ford place, I chose to drive to Mike Willis Ford in Sulphur. I cannot tell you how satisfied I was. They were super quick and assigned me someone to text me throughout the day to update me on the progress PLUS a link to monitor the progressin real time. Amazing service! Thanks for putting your customers first! Worth the trip across the bridge.

I purchased my truck from a different dealership in 2020. After discovering some warranty issues shortly after the purchase, I reached out to the dealership's service department for repairs. Six months later, I still did not have my truck repaired, and the service from the members were less then to be desired. I went to Mike Willis Ford and spoke to Devon Theriot and explained the problems I was dealing with and the warranty issues with my truck. Now, having never met me, Devon took me in and treated me like family even though I did not purchase the truck from their dealership. He got my truck repaired in a little over a week and more importantly, did so with excellent customer service. I recently called Devon on Monday for some recalls and a warranty repair. He had a loaner vehicle waiting for me when I dropped my truck off and had the repairs completed in three days with having to order parts! I can not thank Devon enough for the continued excellent customer service. He is the reason I will be purchasing my future vehicles with Mike Willis!

These 5 stars are for the service department. My husband went in for a hose for his check engine light on, he was going to fix it himself. The lady in service stopped a worker named Josh as he was going to eat lunch and he said he could get him fixed up today so he wasn't trying to do it himself instead of eating his lunch (like most other dealerships would do) or saying he needed to schedule an appointment. Josh fixed the issue quickly. He was very helpful. The lady at the service desk (didn't get her name) she was very helpful as well. If the sales people could be like these 2 the business would be a lot better.

My husband is from Lake Charles so on our way in to see his family for Thanksgiving we ran into a car issue. The wrecker driver dropped us and the car off after 5pm on Tuesday. Thanksgiving morning we were supposed to drive back to Texas to spend time with my family …. We both have mom’s that are 90.We never imagined that we could get the car back in less than 24hours…. 1 day before a holiday, overloaded with cars to service and short on mechanics.THEY DID IT!!! Everyone from the service department to the front end really went above and beyond to make this Thanksgiving holiday with both of our families a reality. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!September 26, 2020This is unreal. I’ve never had issues with communication like this with any shop I’ve ever dealt with in my 50 years of life. My truck has been in their service department for 41 days now. The last time I heard from them was two days after my truck was delivered. They told me what the cost of the repairs were, just under $6,000. I approved the repairs to be done.I have not been able to get anyone from the service department on the phone and they have not returned any of my calls since then. I have requested the service manager as well as the service “Advisor “. Both of them let their phone calls go to voicemail and do not reply. I am from out of state and have no transportation to them or anywhere else.UPDATE November 17, 2020It has now been 53 days (I’ve made two note payments on my truck) since my truck was dropped off at this place and I still cannot get anyone to talk to me. The repairs consist of replacing the transfer case, drive shaft, a new transmission wire assembly and a new fuel line. The service advisor told me they were just waiting on the wire assembly to come in and it was on back order.I had to have the entire engine replaced in 2017 and it only took two weeks at my home town dealership, so I was leery of this back order excuse. The part number for the wire assembly is listed on the original service estimate.I Googled the part number and every other Ford dealership and parts store has this assembly IN STOCK! I left a message with the service advisor about this and now they are really avoiding me because they know they’ve been caught in a lie and have exhausted their excuses for not doing their job.If I ever get my truck back I will have to go through their work with a fine tooth comb. It’s obvious that they’re service department is lazy, incompetent and just plainly don’t care. That tells you a lot about their character, business ethics and work ethic. If the service is completed well and I don’t have any other issues I will update my review with a higher rating. As for now...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I wish I would have read all of the other poor reviews on this place’s service department before I CHOSE to give them my BUSINESS, almost $6,000!

good luck EVER having a wrong righted, or servicing a used vehicle here. Had issues from DAY O N E and was told, they "were unable to work on hyundais" which would he fine if they made any effort whatsoever too fix the issues the car came with, before I even paid my second note. I've bought two hyundai vehicles from here used and will never buy another vehicle there or recommend them period.Edit too add: one pathetic attempt was made to SCHEDULE a time to LOOK at the issue, about 3 months in, took weeks because I needed a rental l, called the day off, no rentals available, service was supposed to call me back to work something out, been about 2 weeks haven't heard from them since.

Had a positive used car buying experience here. Jesse Edwards was our salesman and did a great job. He just kept handing us keys to test drive the cars we were interested in. Low pressure. The sales manager was willing to negotiate a bit on what was already a fair price and the finance manager found us a lower interest rate than we’d been pre-approved for.And special kudos to whoever cleaned our trade in. They found and returned several credit cards we’d left in the vehicle.We’ll be back in three years to buy again.
