I got a new roof after hurricane Laura. First off the roofers only removed the shingles and was not going to remove the old felt layer. I had another contractor over at the house working at that time and he called me saying they were going to lay shingles over the old felt. I called and got them to stop and remove the old felt and put new down as agreed on in the contract. After that I had a leak issue on the carport side of my house. I called my salesman out and he agreed that it was their fault. He called the owner and the owner argued saying it was not the company fault. He tried to blame everyone else. I had him come out and showed him that it was done wrong from the start. He agreed to fix his mistake. 2 years later and I’m still working on the house and notice the whirlybird had a gap under the edge. I go in the attic and notice it’s leaking in my attic with the rains. I call the owner on 11-11-22 and let him know. I have spoken to him and text him on many occasions and as of 1-19-23 he still has not sent any one out to fix it. I would not recommend this company to do any roof repairs. They don’t want to warranty any of their work.

Raul with North American Roofing Company made the entire process for my for replacement seamless. He explained every step of the process to me and was very prompt in carrying out everything he said would be done. Raul also worked with my insurance company to ensure the estimate and insurance payment was accurate and fair based on the wind damage to my roof. His willingness to travel out of his normal service area was greatly appreciated. The gentlemen on his crew were very courteous and did a wonderful job with the roof and the clean-up process afterwards.
