Buyer beware! Contracted them to build a carport. Gave them a check 6/21/23 for the material, it was cashed in 1 day; fastest action they ever did. I was told they would start on 7/17 or 7/18, they didn't. 7/26/23 they said they were loading the material & were to start the job today, they didn't show. Finally completed the job & gave them the balance owed on 8/2/23. The first rain was 8/24 & I notified them of leaks & sent photos & videos they said they'd be there the next day, no show. Texted again on 8/27 with more photos & videos. Michael looked at the areas but it needed to be dry to repair, no rain for several days & no one showed. 9/6 they said someone would be out to repair the leaks, nothing was done. 9/13 more photos & videos texted them still leaking. 9/15 more rain & still leaking, more photos & videos. I received many excuses for the delay. They said they would start in a few days which was 9/25 & needed to order flashing since they didn't put any up originally? 9/27 they put foam up, not sure about the flashing. Texted & sent more photos & videos on 9/29, 10/5, 10/6. On 10/23 I asked when they would be able to come back. 10/26 more photos & 10/27 again. Today is 12/12 & still no contact, no response, no repairs. Do your research & contact the Better Business Bureau for anyone you may want to contract with & save yourself from my nightmare.
