We ordered propane, the secretary asked if we wanted to use the card on file, he says yes, do you want the numbers, nope she said. She was very short and not friendly at all. Propane delivered 31st, receipt was left saying 420$. One week later Mike Tammarro sent someone to TAKE OUR PROPANE TANKS! No one asked for another card, no one told us it didn’t go through, nothing. We had no idea! We offered the cash. Nope. Nothing! We live off grid and have used Tammarro for decades. Winter is coming. Mike Tammarro needed the tanks to line his pockets with LIHEAP funds so he stole from us and his secretary lied saying we verified the card numbers! Not true! So unprofessional and ignorant to just rip us off! SHADY BUSINESS OF A SMALL TOWN OF SHADY PEOPLE! They lie and make excuses to keep their jobs and we’re the bad ones!? I think not! Liars go to hell! This is not the first time that they have done this, and it won’t be the last!

I just want to say thank you for the quick and speedy service that was provided when our furnace and chimney was spitting out black smoke. We are new to owning a house with a furnace and they immediately gave us instructions on turning off the furnace and immediately came out to repair the problem the same day. It is the opposite of what is advertised, I have had them 20 years and they would rather my family freeze to death because I can't pay until next week when I get paid. And mind you, I have always paid my bill and get their service every month. Exact opposite of what they advertise
