I had a piece of vinyl siding come off my house during one of this winter's storms. It was in a very difficult spot to repair. After several calls to various contractors I got the Caron Roofing name from Goodwin Construction. I called, got a human being to talk with immediately, and was told they would look at the situation the day I called. I received a quote that day and the repair was done the next day. I received updated texts about when they would do the repairs so I was well informed throughout the process. I can't say enough about this company. Fair price. Thorough workmanship. Outstanding communication. I'm keeping their number handy for sure.

Justin and his big crew did a great job on my roof. I can’t believe they replaced a whole roof in one day. Big crew arrived in the morning and done in the afternoon. Replaced all the old plywoods, shingles and filled insulation. His quote was the highest with 4 other companies. But I still picked him. Amazing job, they worth it.

I called 4 companies requesting quotes. I called Caron Roofing April 7th and left a message. That same afternoon Justin Caron showed up at my house, He inspected the house and left shingle samples. April 9th I received an email with recommendations, an estimate, and a copy of the GAF warranty. I had some questions and got answers that same day. Only one of the other roofers even called me back, and that wasn't until over a week later.I told Justin it was important to me that the job be completed by the first week of May. On April 17th he called me to say they would be out April 20th to do the job. At least a ten workers showed up by 7:30 am that Monday and it was immediately apparent that each one knew what his job was. To say that they worked like a "well oiled machine" would be an understatement. At the end of the day, with the reshingling completed, they did a thorough pick-up and clean-up. One of the guys even went back up on the roof to wash my skylights with Windex.I highly recommend them.

I am so impressed with the level of service provided by Caron Roofing, I have to leave a review.I contacted Justin last night and asked him for an estimate on fixing a leaky chimney. Justin picked up the phone after 5pm, closing time for many. He told me that he would stop by today to give me an estimate, which he did. I was not expecting that he would be able to fix the roof the same day, but he called his crew in and by mid-day it was repaired. We recently had our roof re-shingled and we would give Caron Roofing 6-Stars if it were possible, as we were unaware that this level of service and integrity still existed in today's world! Justin was at our house the day after we called to inspect it and we had an estimate and recommendations within two days. He explained why the "30-year shingles" we had previously put on our house failed after only 20 years, and made recommendations to add in more venting. His quote was just a bit higher than a competing bid, however the materials were of higher quality, so we decided to go with Justin. Three weeks later, he and his crew were at our house and completed the entire job in 12 hours. His crew is polite, respectful of the property and extremely efficient. We were also amazed that when they left at 7 p.m., you would never have known they were there-- our yard and deck was in pristine condition. We would highly recommend Caron Roofing to anyone! His crew was amazing. They were polite, fast, and left the yard and landscaping clean. Our new roof installation by Caron Roofing went as smooth as silk. The crew was on time, neat, respectful and really efficient. The company's owner, Justin Caron, stopped by last July and offered us a high quality Owings Corning shingle at a competitive installation price. He estimated the job could be completed in one day, we liked that and also his relaxed approach as he sold us on the job.Jimmy was the project manager and he kept me updated throughout the job. When he said they be done by early afternoon I was amazed! We needed a new roof due to the hail storm we had in July. We received a quote from Justin, picked out the color and had our roof installed within a couple weeks. Justin and his crew were professional and very polite from beginning to end. The way the entire crew worked together to get the roof installed was amazing to watch. They were quick and very efficient. They even spray painted our pipes to make the roof look even better! They cleaned as they worked, we did not have to do anything when they left. I own a vacation home in Wells ME. Getting ready to close for the winter and I discovered some water staining on the ceiling of a third floor bedroom. I was worried and apprehensive about this because the home is unoccupied all winter and any leaks left untended to could cause significant damage. I called 9 different roofing contractors on a Sunday. I expected I would only be able to leave messages however Justin answered on the second ring. The next day, 24 hours later, Justin arrived at my home at the time he had promised, got up on the roof, and identified the problem as a missing section of peak cap. He then proceeded to repair it, also repaired a worn stack boot, and then recommended that I wait until spring to install a new roof because one installed in late fall may not set properly. I was thinking I would need a new roof, but Justin discouraged this out of concern for the quality of the installation.Justin (the owner) submitted a quote for a new roof to be installed in the spring, the next day. I plan to use his company for my new roof. I was impressed with his promptness, honesty, communication, responsiveness and efficiency. I needed my roof fixed in order to secure a refinance on my rental property on Munjoy Hill. I'm currently in California, and I just called the first number I saw online for "Maine roofers". I got Justin Caron, who happened to be in the area of my house, so while we were on the phone, he went and did a visual inspection, gave me a quote and sent me a written estimate within two hours, after he got back to the office. We scheduled the work for two days later, but during our call, I had expressed to Justin how important it was to get the work done ASAP in order for the loan to go through... but a two-day wait was more than reasonable, and frankly I was really delighted that they could do it at all. Well, the next morning, I got a call from Justin and they were at the site--and ready to work--a day early! I was INCREDIBLY grateful that, not only had Justin understood how important this job was to me, but took it upon himself to figure out a way to do it as quickly as possible. When we had wind damage to our roof, I called 7 local roofing companies. Justin was the first to call me back (only 2 of the 7 did). He was at my house that same day to give us a quote so we could begin the process with our insurance company. Once we had the confirmation with our insurance, his crew came within the week and removed the damaged roof and installed a new one in the same day. Their professionalism and clean up was stellar! Justin and his crew were amazing from start to finish. His quote was the same as 2 other companies. The difference, Justin came in very professional, knowledgeable and with samples of shingles. He was also putting ice and water shield on the entire roof and the others quoted ply going 3ft up. He explained why he uses the shingles he does and explained why he would put ice and water shield all over on our roof. Not to mention he squeezed us in because we had a major leak. Our roof looks fantastic! Justin is a great man to talk with, very knowledgeable and experienced in roofing and construction. The Caron crew showed up at 7:30am and was done before we got home. They put in a bathroom vent we requested and surprised us by replacing some significant trim boards at no extra charge...because they needed to be done and we already had our quote, which was honored! We loved that Justin's crew is all on the payroll for his business, not sub-contracted out. They were all trained and certified in GAF techniques, so our warranty will be valid if needed.
