I was sold a luxury vinyl floor from Devoe with a lifetime guarantee. In about a year some of the tiles started peeling in 1/2” strips. I’ve gone back to Devoe to resolve this problem “4 times now” and they have done nothing. I have brought them strips of my floor and pictures. Each time I’ve been told that it will cost me $ to get the floor assessed to see if it is actually faulty so I shouldn’t bother. I’m confident that a few tiles were defective and reassured them that I have no problem with the assessment fee and yet I here nothing back from them. At this point it is clear that they are not going to honor the lifetime guarantee. Steer clear from Devoe

Signed them up to install bathroom tile floor and tile a new shower. Also hardwood floors in a bedroom and a closet.Phil and his team were very helpful in picking materials and colors - lots of patience and great advice all the way through!Bathroom tile came out great after a couple of minor issues which they promptly, and favorably, resolved. Hardwood floor laid beautifully; finishing still in process. Will update review after floor finishing is completed.

Devoe Color & Design Center has been excellent to work with. Phil, Kim and Michael have been extremely helpful, and knowledgeable assisting us make difficult decisions for our new home. Flooring, tile and carpeting. Devoe referred us to a very talented lady, Jennifer, to help us select colors, window treatment and wallpaper. Both Nancy and I are very lucky to work with the friendly Team at Devoe Color & Design. Kim was very helpful in making suggestions, sharing samples, and offering opinions and prices to keep the cost down. The installers were very prompt and did a great job with the installation and clean up. Really nice people with work with.

I normally do every bit of work I can do on our home. But, you need to know when to say uncle and hire a professional. Phil, Kim and crew suggested and put down a beautiful vinyl plank in our quirky, uneven, out of square walkout basement. We love it and the work they did! I am new to the area and was looking for a color to brighten my very dark kitchen. I went to a paint store Sherman Williams and received no suggestions or advice . I then went to Devoe and met Michael who was extremely helpful and suggested chantlly lace. I purchased the paint and went home to paint my kitchen. I love the paint , it is amazing and brightened the kitchen. Michael, I love the color and the new look of my kitchen. Thank you! Christine

Do not use this company to buy engineered flooring with a delaminating guarantee. We choose engineered flooring based on Devoe's recommendation supported by the products manufacturer's guarantee. Some of our floor has started to delaminate and we have been trying since last October to have it replaced. Devoe has been non-responsive to our inquiries as well as those from the Better Business Bureau. This company does not stand by its guarantees. If zero stars were possible that would be my rating.

I thought the Devoe’s flooring was a great experience. Got a professional advice, the products are excellent and the prices are competitive. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. We plan on going back and getting some more flooring for future housing projects.

Ordered tile which took far longer to come in then expected. Picked up the tile labeled with our name, only to discover on the day of the project, that it was the wrong tile!! Went back to Devoe to return the tile we were given in error, and picked up the correct tile. After consideration, we determined that the scale of the tile was too large for a back-splash, so we returned the tile to Devoe, with only one of the boxes opened. We were shocked to discover that they have a HUGE restocking fee that was actually 23% of the purchase price!!! Buyer beware, you are better off at the big box stores in the event of returns!!!!

We have done business with Devoe several times over the past 20 years and I have never had a problem with them. They showed up on time, made sure everything was acceptable and even waited for us to make choices and revisions without a problem. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable, honest, and thorough.

I am a contractor and came in to set up an account and he said maybe after I see you here 7 to ten times I would do that. He was also more concerned with new incoming phone calls rather then the person that bothered to come to his store. I was ready to buy 18 gallons of paint right then and there and because of his arrogance I left! I was actually able to get the Ben Moore product I needed at Deering lumber for $39.75 a gallon compared to the $47.something price he gave me! And he is a Ben Moore distributor! I would not even give them one star if I did not have to!
