From my initial contact at the office to the conclusion of Brandon's work, I was very pleased with every attention to detail. Brandon was focused and was very patient with ALL my questions ....and asked ME questions about my concerns and needs in a way that I could understand. He fixed an issue (needed replacing) with our mixing valve that made a huge difference --- so Thank You to the office staff and Thank You Brandon for all your effective, hard work!! Like I told you, what would we all do without folks such as yourself!! Norm

Was charged almost 700$ to replace our heaters electrodes which cost 80$. When we questioned it, they're excuse was they started charging from the moment their tech was leaving the last customers house. So 2 hours of actual labor turned into 4.5 hours. As well as a seperate gas surcharge. Were told if we refused to pay it they would put a lien on our house, sweared at, hung up on, terrible customer service. Now refusing to answer our calls. Would not recommend.Service: Heating system maintenance

Used them to fix heat, wasn’t fixed the payment had issues, they then called once and left an email threading legal action when they called before agreed date. Furnace was not fixed and paying almost 400$ while having them call before the date we agreed, not to mention they were going to look for and order a part that I had to do myself on Amazon due to not getting back to us on that …. But when I can see the date and time they left the voicemail she can’t speak on that person… but you can talk to customers you don’t fix their heating issues like this … called another company and had it fixed the next day….no issues…never again using this companyService: Heating system repair

A pipe burst at my house during sub zero temperatures at 3PM on a Saturday. I had no water and no heat. I called three plumbers, SES being one. Keenan, from SES, called back within an hour and was at my house within 45 minutes. He not only repaired two pipes, but also inspected my entire heating & plumbing system (small, old home), and got my heat working better than before. His professional, efficient, thorough work included showing me what I needed to do to avoid future “bursts” and educating me about the heating & plumbing systems in my home.Service: Heating system repair

Went to turn heat on Friday, a frigid day, no heat, and water dripping from a pipe. Waited all day Friday for a call back from my regular HVAC guy, who promised to call and no call. Yesterday, Saturday, started calling other businesses recommended by friends/family, but on a frigid weekend, they were all taking care of their regular customers. Never heard of SES, but gave a call, was told could be here in about an hour and a half and would call when on his way. Sure enough, called when 10 minutes out, came and fixed problem in an hour. Friendly and professional. So now will be a regular customer of SES. Thank you!

We have a story to tell.... We built a new home and used the contractor our builder recommended. We wanted an energy efficient system that also allowed for air conditioning so we choose the York heat pump with a high efficiency propane furnace. The HVAC person, in retrospect, was completely incapable of installing this system properly. He also did extremely sloppy work. After several winter months of the HVAC guy working on the system, we choose to hire an outside contractor to evaluate the system. We hired SES (Superior Energy Solutions) because they were highly recommended by our neighbors who had a new heating system installed by SES. SES evaluated our system and were we glad! Everything was wrong; wiring, no insulation, plumbing, gas lines, trunk and vents (pointing into cellar walls instead of the chases) and a variety of unsecured parts. The system was also not programmed correctly. We asked SES for a quotation on making repairs and they have us a reasonable quote. SES basically came in and fixed another guys mess, problem-solved, reprogrammed, repositioned, replaced, and gave us a fully working system. This endeavor took approximately 6 visits; however, SES did not give up on us. Every person who worked with us was knowledgeable and explanatory. We have been so pleased and grateful to the entire SES crew. We recommend them wholeheartedly for their expertise, dedication and reasonable prices (SES told us that the same system that was installed by our HVAC guy was significantly less than we paid our HVAC guy if they installed it). We also are opting for their service contract so they can maintain our equipment. These guys are simply great.

We had no hot water and had another company come out to repair and after spending a lot of money we still had no hot water ,we called Superior energy solutions and they sent Joe the next morningHe was polite , efficient and figured out the problem quickly . We have hot water again and can’t say enough good about this company , from the first call to the office (Kate was also awesome ] . We will definitely be using them for any future needs .

DO NOT USE Superior Energy Solution, after two visits and over $500 they did nothing for my AC unit. It is a self contained outside unit that was supposedly low on refrigerant. It took the guy who came out to fix it over two hours to realize that. He spent most of his time on his phone and my AC unit worked for one day and is back to not working. The staff seemed friendly until I called to address this problem and that is when they began with their attitude. They told me I declined services and that is why my unit is probably still not working. I NEVER declined anything, the person who came to fix my unit never talked to me about any of the stuff I supposedly declined. They have poor communication skills and want me to pay more to have them come fix something that they said they supposedly already fixed.

Terrible experience with SES. I would change the name for SIS where "i" stands for incompetency! They came to "check" our unit as a part of all building's check after that moment we lost our heat that was working perfectly fine. I have reported the problem and they can't figure it out for over a week now. They came on a couple of times. With no result. I am not sure that they can fix it at all and how long it is going to take. In the meantime my kids and i are freezing with 29 degrees outside. Worst experience ever!

These people are fair, and sent me an expert I was impressed with (Eric) to fix my AC. He identified the problem quickly, gave me a quick fix and a more durable option and I went with the latter - because he established confidence. I would go no where else in the mid coast than here now.
