Not really a review of Hammond per-se, but one of their drivers stopped and helped us when we had gone off the road into a ditch on Deer Isle this past week. He made sure we were ok, and put us in touch with a local towing company who came and pulled us out. We're very thankful for his kindness!

Helpful employees and well stocked hardware/building supply. The kitchen cabinet section is gorgeous. Prices are average for the area but higher than many other areas.

Well appointed store with helpful staff. They also color match paint really well, the lady in the paint department checked in with me to ensure we got the closest color, and it looks great. Thanks for the excellent service.

This is the kind of place that I wish we had in the Boston area. The lumber is of a higher quality than HD or Lowes and the hardware store is really well stocked with everything but in a much more manageable size. The employees really know where everything is and they know their products well to be able to serve both the trades and home owners.

Such a. great crew too do business with for the last 8 to 10 years. As a roofer for many years I wouldn't use any thing but Hammond Lumber Roof Guard, personally tested in the field with 60 mile an hour winds 3 or 4 times, not 1 nail has broken through. Great with delivery of my masonry products. Keep up the good work.Old White Masonry.

After waiting 15 minutes in the line outdoors, im rushed out of the building to go ask people in the warehouse a question that the office employees should have the capacity to answer themselves, and then told by the warehouse worker that I need to go wait another 15 minutes in the line to do the same thing over again. These people arent hired on capacity to think at all. Never going back.
