Absolutely horrible service. Scheduled appointment, and had to call three times to see when they would show up. The person didn't show up until late afternoon, waddling out of the truck and put a dip in his mouth. They were supposed to come back the next day to install a pump - a time sensitive project for a business, and they never showed up and never called. We called to see where they were and they said they had a family emergency come up, but again they never called. I am recommending Androc because they helped a disabled lady in Washington Co when no other plumbers that she called in her area would help her because she wasn't a previous customer. She had been without water for weeks - WEEKS! Androc traveled 128 miles round trip to fix the plumbing issue the very next business day. The culture of compassion that Androc represents is why I love our community and appreciate businesses like Androc. I highly recommend them!
