Terrible customer service, I tried for 3 months to get this company to relocate the indoor section of a heat pump to a different room. When I could finally get ahold of the guy who does the scheduling, he would give me a date, and tell me if anything changes he would get ahold of me. Well the dates would come and go, and they would not show up, or call to tell me they had to reschedule. They did that to me 3 times, wasting tons of my time. They're also pricey for the " service " they offer. I do not recommend this company.

I don't understand what is so hard about calling someone back about a service that they requested. First, you have to Oakland request a service. Then, someone will call you back at some point. Might be soon. Might be later. Might be never. Is this an electric company or is it a front for some other illegal business?? Not sure.The one time that I did receive service on time was at my business and that was only because my contractor ”knew a guy” and that guy tried to get me to purchase 3x more material than what was needed. Not sure if he was trying to take home supplies or if he was just incompetent. Either way, it should have never happened.The five star reviews for this business are most likely from friends and family because that's the way that the cookie crumbles in these parts so be careful. I will never use this company again and I will make sure to let everyone know how unprofessional and unresponsive they are. Save your money and sanity by avoiding this company. There are plenty of freelance electricians in the area that have decades of experience. All you have to do is ask someone and they'll point you in the right direction.

Called for an appointment no response. Update: called me back response time for tech to look at job was immediate. Tech called me and was on point. Waiting for proposal.
