Right the first time....So after 4 months and numerous calls as reminders and run arounds, a bad window glass in a still bad front door has not been addressed. Its just not worth the time to commit any business to this establishment, more hassle than than its worth. You can get better service with less follow up work at the Big Box Stores!After hearing from the COO based on this review, he listened and has addressed some of the issues. This was appreciated by me and I hope he looks' closely into the issues internally to eliminate them for other customers.Prior : Stay away. They do not stand behind the products they sell. They don't meet delivery times, miss them by days...Refunds for bad materials go to the contractors who stiff you for the money. Terrible customer service and the regional upper management can not be reached.
