Mr, R Whitmore and his crew and staff deserve more than five stars! Richard (Rick) Whitmore, did a wonderful job excavating our property. His crew are hard workers, listen to instructions well,and real friendly. He did everything he said,he would do and more. If you are looking for everything I listed here, go to Whitmore Contracting!
