Mickey Rose is the top contractor that has ever worked on my house. We first met for a roof repair, it was the fairest price around and best workmanship.The next big storm blew off more shingles on a different part of the house, the week before Christmas. We decided to replace the roof because the original roof was poorly done. Mickey was responsive amongst the dozens of other people he was taking care of with the same problem (huge storm). He replaced our roof on Saturday 2 days before Christmas, because of the Holiday and bad weather coming in. Mickey showed me how the original roof was not put on correctly and I have full faith in their workmanship, because of his knowledge.His Crew is the hardest working and most sober Crew you will find in Maine. There are 2 people on the ground cleaning the entire time. The lawn was clean and he and his crew made sure there were no nails in the driveway.He had to remove a piece of ply-wood to access the attic and remove and replace wet insulation. You will not find this without hiring a Contractor to coordinate multiple people, Roofer, Insulation guy etc. This saved me from taking out dry-wall from the inside. He also took care of one other issue outside of the contract that I am most grateful for, as well as discarding the old satellite for free. Mickey Rose is an honest Veteran that will always do the right thing and his Crew is amazing.

Look no further. Mickey and his crew replaced our roof and we are so pleased. They were punctual, professional and hard working. The crew took a short lunch break on-site but otherwise worked nonstop. They cleared our deck furniture to protect it from falling debris as well as protecting all shrubs, flowerbeds, etc.Mickey was always responsive to our concerns and questions. After reading many wonderful reviews, we called Rose Roofing and spoke with Mickey, the owner. We left a message, received a call back in minutes (when he was already finished work for the day), and set up a time for him to come out and give us an estimate. Right away we liked Mickey. He was laid back, easy to talk to, honest and professional. We could tell he was a real stand-up guy. He gave us a reasonable quote and we decided that he was the one we wanted to do our roof. Within a few weeks Mickey and his team were ready to work. They showed up at 7:00 a.m. and worked efficiently to finish our roof by 3:00. They cleaned up as they worked, and our yard and house look like they did when we woke up this morning...except the roof looks WAY better. My husband contacted Rose Roofing for a roof repair earlier this spring and Mickey was incredibly responsive and helpful. We decided to replace our roof and Mickey was able to do so within days of us making that decision. His team arrived early in the morning and stayed into the evening in order to complete the job. They cleaned continuously throughout the day so that the lawn was left 100% as it was before they started. Mickey even noticed a spindle on our porch railing that had broken during the winter. I assured him that it was my son that broke it and not his team. Sure enough, I came home from work that evening and the spindle was fixed! Needed to replace our roof. We called Rose Roofing, left a message.Within a couple of hours we got a call back from Mickey (owner of the co.). We scheduled an appointment (that very same day) he arrived as promised to give us an estimate. We agreed to have the work done and our delight it was the very next day (talk about instant gratification). He (and his team) worked from early morning till mid afternoon non-stop taking precautionary measures as to keep our property clean and undamaged. After getting estimates from other companies, I had Rose Roofing shingle my house and attached garage in September. He gave me an estimate of using current boards "no plywood", and an estimate of re-plywood entire house. I chose to re-plywood the entire dwelling. His estimate was "spot on". He and his crew removed existing shingles, laid plywood and shingled the house/garage "fixing" mistakes the previous roofer did years ago. He even checked out my chimney and replaced missing/cracked bricks. He and his crew were VERY meticulous covering up my flower gardens before starting the project and cleaning up as they went along. When they were done, you would never know they had been there for two days! If you are looking for an EXCELLANT job and QUALITY workmanship, I strongly suggest you hire Rose Roofing! We had a leak coming in through a light fixture and some other issues with our roof. We called Rose Roofing and he fit us in early morning to assess our issues before heading to another job. He got us scheduled in a timely manner, kept me in the loop on the work, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Out of the 5 contractors we called, he was the only one who got back to us and continued to be responsive. Very professional and the team worked efficiently to get it all done and clean up. Mickey and his team were amazing. We had a leak through my daughters ceiling light. I called them after getting a referral to Rose Roofing and a few hours later Mickey was on my roof checking it out. He was worried about electrical fire and had his crew at my house for 7:30 the next day. They were so polite and efficient i couldn’t believe it! I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

I contacted Mickey this summer to come out and look at my mom's roof that was leaking. He was quick to respond to my calls, and texts. We had reached out to other roofing companies and never even got a response. He worked around my schedule to meet me to check out the job, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and we ultimately hired him. They did a great job with my mom's roof, and I was so impressed with the overall experience that I hired him to do mine as well. With my roof they encountered some rotten plywood in a couple of locations. They simply cut out the rot and replaced with new plywood. Everything was cleaned up, and they even raked around the base of the house to ensure no nails were left behind. When I got home, it was hard to tell they had even been there. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job cleaning up.
