I have never received services from this company, however, it deserves a one star review after somebody driving a company truck gave me the middle finger this morning. I’m sorry if you don’t understand the concept of a yield sign but giving someone the finger in a company vehicle never reflects well on a company. If anybody reads this, be on the lookout for a truck with the license plate “NORM.” I won’t be considering this company for anything in the future.

So grateful for the outstanding customer care provided by Bouchard Cleaning and Restoration. I panicked when I went to my cellar and felt the carpet soaked with water from a foundation issue. The same day I called, they sent out a crew who vacuumed up the wet carpet and removed it from the house. Then they treated the entire basement to prevent mold and mildew from developing. They also offered some guidance on what size shop vac to get to manage the water leak until it can be repaired. I highly recommend this company for any cleaning and restoration services, no matter how small of big.Services: Flood cleanup, Mold mitigation

The entire Bouchard team went above and beyond to assist with a very unusual and personally difficult situation I was facing. I have autism and I was told I couldn’t come back to work the next day. First cleaning job ever and they were very rude to me and treated me badly. All except one lady who was very understanding. If they are not rude to you’re face you will be talked about behind your back. I wouldn’t even give them one star for how horribly treated I was.

Awful, Last year Bouchard came to do remediation of mold in my attic. First, I have a two part attic that I was unaware they needed to be told about as the other side was completely untouched. The questionable couple that was here (they were boyfriend girlfriend and it was obvious with their lack of professionalism) let slip a few times that they were NOT properly certified to do remediation and they were the only ones on site 90% of the time. There was no PPE, there was no filtration, there was no positive air chamber put over the attic access. When we contacted Bouchard about the unfinished work they left us with for 6K$ they offered to quote the other side for free, how generous. We still have to pay for their unfinished, illegally done work but FREE QUOTE. Also, one of the guys stole my medical marijuana I was growing in my back yard. The only reason I'm not taking legal action is because it was a year ago and I have no evidence. After a trip to Bouchard's Cleaning to see what had everyone raving about their incredible service, I could see exactly why they are so highly recommended! The “front of the house” ladies were more than happy to explain why they loved working with such an amazing company and all the ways putting customer service first made them stand out. I got an entire tour of the facility and learned about their industrial size washing machines that return washable items to BETTER than food grade quality (so yeah, cleaner than when you bought it from the store, though, I wouldn’t recommend eating them), to the systems they invest in that pull water, dirt, and all the other nasty things that get stuck in places they shouldn’t, it was clear to see that Bouchard’s Cleaning goes above and beyond to provide the best service to their clients. Company culture, sound investments in state-of-the-art cleaning technology and the willingness to take on any job are the traits that help Bouchard’s Cleaning bring cleaning and restoration to a whole new level.

Near Christmas, I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom and it leaked into my kitchen. I worked with Lara and she was wonderful and knowledgeable. Cleaning service is awesome. Those were a good group of guys and did a great job with our water leak.I would not EVER recommend them for any restoration service however:They kept trying to double bill labor and materials to the insurance company, we we had to be in the middle of. This took forever for them to get right.It took 4 months to finish the project, a lot of it because of them not submitting the correct thing to insurance, some of it because they just didn’t show up some days they were going to.We have a nice $55 per gallon white paint they were going to use for the walls and ceiling (and this is what they submitted to the insurance company to get paid for), and they tried painting our entire ceiling a light cheap brown because they had extra paint leftover from a previous job. I assume they were just going to pocket the money. They didn’t even tell us they were going to use brown, hoping we wouldn’t notice I guess. We made them redo it, which took more time.They left a dent in the corner of our wall, which they didn’t tell us about. There were little things too like they didn’t screw back in a couple outlet plates, didn’t put the lightbulb back in the socket, just not very professional overall.The only reason they even get 2 stars, is because the initial cleaning group was so good.

I hired Bouchard Cleaning several different times over the years from a basement flood to the removal of attic mold. They can help with many different types of projects. I could not believe the stains they extracted from the white carpet in my son’s bedroom. My husband’s allergies were crazy from the sheetrock dust after our remodel and Bouchard’s had a mega air filter which completely cleaned the air in a couple of days. I highly recommend you give them a call with any cleanup needs you may have.

Just had our first backup. Around 1.5 inches of water throughout the basement. Even though they were Extremely busy they came and did extraction and set up the drying. Very reasonable prices. Extremely pleasant. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

I met with Lara yesterday and she took the time to give me a tour of their new facility and introduce me to some of her friendly staff. They are the company you will want on speed dial when an unexpected calamity happens: a fire, frozen pipes, a leaking roof, or almost any disaster you do not want to even acknowledge could happen to you. Lara Clark and her team at Bouchard Cleaning & Restoration were there for us when our roof leaked in the middle of January, causing damage from the roof through the upstairs and into the downstairs. We hired Bouchard Cleaning to eliminate mold in a commercial building. At the initial consultation, their representative seemed very professional. They performed a very expensive mold spore count test (at our expense) and advised us that yes, mold was present. Then they advised us to remove parts of the walls and floor coverings that were supposedly affected by mold. We followed every advice we were given by them. We paid a contractor over $2000 to do the work. Then Bouchard cleaning came in and sprayed their chemicals that were supposed to eliminate the mold. After the wait for chemicals to dry – they did another very expensive mold spore count test – and the spore count was even higher! After the work they’ve done. There was now MORE mold in the building then before they started. We have tried to speak with Bouchard Cleaning about it, to see if they would re-do their treatment, but they were “booked solid” for next 2 weeks and we were on deadline for a commercial tenant (which they knew all along). So we went online and researched how to deal with mold - bought commercial sprayers, solutions, hazmat suits and did the treatment ourselves. It took us 2 times spraying, but finally the mold was gone and the tenant was able to move in. Bouchard Cleaning now wants $1800 for their failed attempts to deal with the mold problem. As they only made the problem worse – we are at a loss to understand why we should pay that bill.

Utilized Bouchard’s Cleaning following water damage. They were on site 4 hours, but spent a lot of time outside drinking soda. Left empty soda and energy drink cans in the yard and performed minimal work beside setting up fans. Damp and damaged material was still in place when they were finished. Lost time coordinating with their service and should have just been looking for contractors.

So Bouchard Cleaning service is an excellent company we worked together on a job and I was amazed by their quality of work and their personal touch to customer service (which is very important) yes, they are a bigger company than myself but they never looked at it that way we actually came together to help a client its that simple you can't get any better than this (yes companies actually work together in the same line of work) anyways if you are looking for a company that is not only honest but treats you as family and goes above and beyond I highly recommend these folks ill continue to work with this company as they are very professional and they actually do their job right.
