Buyer beware! We've had a horrible experience with Richie and his contractor John. They will talk it up like everything will be repaired so it's liveable, but that's not true. To start, many of window panels were missing or not closing. The subflooring in every room was rotting, which was suppose to be fixed before we bought it. They said they did the floor and my fiance walked in and his foot went through the floor. They came in and put extremely thin plywood over the rotting subfloor, instead of properly removing the rot and replacing it. Also, when moving the building to the lot it was damaged, which they came in an supposedly fixed the tub and bathroom. However, whoever did it didn't know what they were doing and there was water leaking everywhere under the trailer. We had to call a plumber to fix the mistakes they made. There was large amounts of insulation missing from under the trailer. They continuosly lied about work they had done through the entire process and weren't responsive to emails or calls. In addition, we've waited over 6 months for a window his contractor/works broke. It still hasn't been replaced. I would take my review and other bad reviews seriously, whether he tries to defend them or not. He's not telling the truth. We have emails and video of when they were supposedly repairing things. Worst business, tell you they can do something that is a timely matter not communicate and wait til last minute to do anything have customer call/text numerous times to not answer then text you and complain that you’re contacting them too often. Hired them to move a home they said they would then waited til the very last minute to move it then never set a date and scheduled move “weather according” during a snow storm!!!!! Save your time and stress and hire someone else PLEASE!!!!!! Best choice I made in my home buying was FIRING these guys and hiring someone else!!! Do not recommend
