I’m so glad we chose to have Jeb and his crew do our floors instead of trying to do it myself. Online stores make it sound so easy, until you see all the ways of screwing up on, YouTube! We had a different epoxy company come in to do our shop floors. After a year and a half they started to flake up. That specific “big” company decided they had no interest in helping us. Jeb came highly recommended so we called him. He took a phone call at 11pm to chat about the floors. A few months later we were ready to pull the trigger and scheduled. They helped us choose a really cool color that fit our needs. They showed up on time (early actually which worked better for us) and the finish product was incredible! They went above and beyond for us I would absolutely recommend.

After our basement flooded just before Christmas we were devastated and lost in how to rebuild after removing all the carpet.Jeb walked us through multiple options and was patient while my wife tried to decide what she wanted.When it was go time Jeb was very involved in the process and made sure his team understood the plan, communicated every step of the way and was quick to respond to questions.This company puts their soul into the results and quality of their work and it shows .I can’t wait to have dart nite with the boys again . When the storm just before Christmas 2023 destroyed and gutted our basement we were devastated . Our boy came home from tech school in the Airforce and helped us clean up for Christmas and then went back to MS 😢We had to pull all the rugs and were left with an unfinished gross floor.New England Epoxy made our son’s guest room and basement really top knotch.Now when he graduates the end of the month we have a beautiful space for him to return toThank you 😊

Hired this company to do my parents garage floor that other companies had said they wouldn’t be able to coat due to the extensive repairs that were needed to get the floor up to acceptable condition for epoxy. New England epoxy was able to not only repair the extensive damages on the floor but once their acrylic flake system was finished we were never able to even see that there was anything wrong with the floor to begin with. If I could give them more starts I would. Money well spent. Highly recommend!

Jeb communicated efficiently, constantly and did an amazing job? I hope I have a BEFORE picture. The cement was in VERY rough shape, installed wrong and needed help. Jeb took the time to look at it, make suggestions and promised exactly what we received..an amazing transformation! I would HIGHLY recommend this company. ON TIME, worked hard and finished as stated! He even came back the following day to check up as it was curing. NICELY DONE. I WILL be using New England Epoxy again!!👍***** 5 star all the way!! The floor is SPECTACULAR!

My only complaint is that I wish I had found them sooner! Our house was mostly finished which is not when most people have their floors done. New England Epoxy LLC does amazing work, they’re extremely professional, detail oriented, accommodating and timely! I had New England Epoxy install an acrylic flake system in my garage. When I called to inquire about their services, I spoke to owner Jebb on the phone. He was incredibly professional, articulate and informative and able to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. When I spoke to the office manager Cody he was extremely accommodating, he informed me they were booked out a few weeks but said he might be able to get me in sooner on a weekend if the crew was willing to work on a day off, I told him it wasn’t a big deal and I could wait but he still ran it by them. The crew Alex, Bert and Izaiha are incredible! They were more than happy to take time out of their weekend to get my floor done for me! They are incredibly hard workers and take great pride in what they do and their work definitely reflects it. I could not find one imperfection in the floor no matter how hard I looked! They prepared the floor extremely well, I don’t think a single crack or pit was missed. They made sure to clean up after themselves, no dust, debris, flakes or epoxy was left over in their work area and they were all very informative about the products they used and answered all of my questions! My floor was completed and ready to walk on in the course of about a weekend! The efficiency they exhibited was top notch! The whole floor took maybe about 11 hours of work for them to complete!
