I had nothing but problems starting with the estimate, installation and stability of vinyl fencing which blew apart only after 6 months. Some of the horizontal slates were cut so short there is no way they would stay in place. In addition, No response from Superior after multiple emails, text messages to owner and VM left on office line. I have opted to go with Allen Fence to replace the 8 vinyl privacy panels in the front of my house. This will cost quite a bit of extra money but I want nothing to do with Superior Fence which should be called Inferior Fence. Buyer beware. The lowest price is not necessary the best deal. Be warned that this business is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

I called about a repair needed to my chain link fence. I was told someone would be out that week. The next day, a Friday, an employee called to let me know they'd be there that day. No one showed up. I called the next Monday, received an apology for the no show, with another promise that someone would be out that week. No one showed up. I called again the next week, got the same apology, and the same promise that someone would be over that week. Two people showed up that Tuesday (as seen on my Ring camera), and when I didn't hear anything I called on Thursday to check the status. At first, the person who talked to me wasn't sure the people who came over were from Superior Fence until I told him I had it on camera. Another apology, another promise that the repair would be done. This went on for five weeks. I gave up. Such poor customer service, a very poor experience overall.

I had a large fence installed a couple of months ago. The folks in the office were great; knowledgeable, fast, and helped me special order parts I couldn't find at a big box store.I will use them again in the future if I have the opportunity.

We just had a dog fence put in and the guys were very conscious to the fact that we have 2 ten pound escape artist! We could not be happier with the skills and expertise that Alex, Justin and Keenan used to make sure our babies will be safe. I can't thank them enough. Bad customer service, sold me cheap fence parts that were not correctly made, had to bend the brackets myself (50 of them) to get the fasteners to line up with the holes. Fence panels are way over priced ($130 per fence panel, I paid $40 a panel for the same quality). Still waiting to get the correct corner brackets. I would use Allen farm fence company next time for sure.

We had a quote done in June, 2020 for a 50' vinyl fence to be purchased and installed. The date of install (tentative) was August 14th. Well that date came and went and we are still without a fence even after putting a downpayment on it. While we understand COVID related issues with supply and demand; what we don't understand is the lack of communication with us on the part of the company. WE have always had to make the call to see what is going on. Each time we've called, we've been given an answer like: "We think it is on the truck coming next week." Those "next weeks" have come and gone and without any follow up call to us on their part. We have used them before and they were great. If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a vinyl fence and had it installed in May 2020. In less then 1 year, I have had 6 panels (entire panel) fall out in 6 different places. The company has come to repair each time but only that specific piece of fence. They are unprofessional, have low quality products, and are a complete waste of money.After the last call for repair, I asked for the entire fence to be looked at to avoid happening again. In a very sarcastic way of fixing the issue, they put way to many screws throughout the entire fence, without even straightening the panels, so now they are fully screwed in crooked and some of the screws are only half drilled in.If it was possible, I would take a refund and have them come uninstall the fence. Please do not call this company for your fence needs.Service: Vinyl fence installation

We had a vinyl fence installed for our business. Within 1 week, a joint came undone. We were told to "see if you can get it back in place". A couple months later, the fence fell over onto our neighbor's business property. I have called, texted and emailed many times and there is no response. Highly recommend using someone else! This is no way to run a business.

This company is over and beyond OUTSTANDING! My 5 foot chain link fence in green is so pretty. My phone is down or I'd have a pic for you to see how well a job they did. Hats off to Mike, John and Bob thank you SOOOO much! Did the job in one day and it was not an easy layout. But they made it look so simple. Had I tried to do this myself? The workers did not probably compact the fence posts and when I called to have them filled in, I was treated poorly and actually blamed by the owner! Poor customer service, the crew showed up without all the materials paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
