1. Clean, large room, high ceiling, adequate kitchen, comfortable beds.2. Oddly, the table in our room was only 1 foot wide and was annoyingly (3 feet) high with low chairs.3. The lighting needs improvement. Currently, except for the bathroom, there is just one large room with 2 bright spot lights that illuminate the entire room at once. It needs zone lighting that would allow one occupant to read while the other sleeps. Split/zone lighting would make the room seem more like a true suite with 2 habitable sections..4.The large shower is very nice. However, more towel racks are needed in the bathroom. There is an ugly break in the plaster at one spot that may be the remnant of a fixture.5. The room would be improved with the addition of the items customary these days in most motel units: facial tissues, small shampoo and conditioner, and perhaps a hair dryer.6. This motel is right on a main road with quite a bit of noise from motorcycles and large trucks that slow down and accelerate at the corner of Rt. 17. However, the location is convenient.

I gave it 4 stars cause no one is perfect. We were very pleased that they accept pets.This is a cute place. The floors felt warm since it was bitter cold out. We found this to be a very comfortable place and hope to stay again.Walkability: This is steps away from the shops and places to eat.
