JP & Family were the best company! My wife and I just purchased our first home and the home inspection uncovered that we needed a complete roof replacement! I got a total of five quotes from different companies and different references, but JP & Family was the best price and I felt like they we’re giving us the best quality of work! With their many years of experience, being family owned and operated, and being local were all pluses for us! They were also able to schedule our roof replacement in a timely manner (even though our roof was a very complicated job). They sent out a huge group of people to finish the job in 3 days! They left the property clean everyday and after the job was complete, they left the property in an expedient manner with no evidence left behind, except of course, a stunning, brand new roof that really added so much beauty and character to our new home! We hired JP to strip and replace the roof at White Memorial church in Portland. It started of great with good communications from them. When they came to complete the work they we're right on time. The crew worked so well together you could tell they had done this many times. Great organization skills. They all cleaned the ground after. After the third time around they we're sure the got everything. We have children that play in that area so I checked everything again. I couldn't even find one nail. We, the church are very pleased with there service. This family business is the best in roofing! Don't waste time calling anyone else for your roofing needs. Everything about our experience was high quality. I received an estimate a week after I had called, and they were able to schedule me a couple of weeks after that. The whole process was extremely easy and smooth. The installers finished the project in one day, and there was nothing left behind or any sign that they were even there, except the new roof. We used JP & Family after we had significant damage from a storm to our roof. They were extremely responsive, professional, and did a fabulous job re-doing our roof. There was constant communication regarding arrival time and what work was getting completed, etc. They cleaned up after they were done and came back to double check for nails. All the workers were polite and respectful. I would recommend this company without reservation. We just had our roof replaced by JP & Family Inc. and we're extremely pleased with the job they did. They were true to their word regarding everything from the price to the clean up. We procrastinated a couple of months in signing with them after they gave us a price but they showed no hesitation in completing the job on our terms when we finally did call them. Pam was a pleasure to work with; she took the time to answer all the questions we asked. A big thank you to James for taking time out of your Sunday to come and remove the items that the work crew left in our driveway. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks.

They were about 10% cheaper than the other leading Portland roofing company with great results. They answered all my follow up questions during the bid/contract period and showed up when they said they would, and completed it in a day.
