Abel made a same day appointment for a quote and was upfront and clear with Stronghand's (very competitive) pricing. He was able to schedule us quickly and get the job done without rescheduling, even after we were hit with an ice storm and didn't have power! I had a roof leak emergency caused by the “So’Easter” on Dec 23. Someone kindly used Lexel to seal between the porch roof and the house on the 26th. But with yesterday’s precipitation, moisture again extended in to living room ceiling and the top of the living room wall was wet behind the paint. Last night was another sleepless night. Called Abel this morning whose card I’d seen on a hardware store bulletin board last week. He offered to come in a few hours but caught the desperation in my voice and decided to come immediately. He sealed the entire porch roofline with Through the Roof and charged a reasonable price. Words cannot express the amount of stress he alleviated. Friendly, energetic, fair and thorough. I will call him again.
