These guys are great. After a storm I was missing shingles from my roof never thought in less then a few weeks I'd have a new roof paid by home insurance. I saw the Top Quality sign at my neighbors. I called and they came out the same day. Worked directly with my home insurance and inspector, submitted the claim and everything. Thanks to Gage for all he did working with insurance. The roof was put on in 1 day and I got some rebates for upgraded roof. Very good company and good experience. 👍

The previous homeowner used TQRR to replace their roofing a few years ago. I called when water started coming into my attic thinking it may have been a roof work related problem. Gage came out that same day, assessed the situation, and determined it was my chimney instead. Gage was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and FAST to respond to my call. He even came out the next day to caulk and seal the chimney so more water wouldn’t come in. Above and beyond! I’ll definitely be using TQRR for some repair work in the future. Highly recommend.

We used this company for a new roof after some damage. I was beyond impressed with the knowledge and care they gave us. Gage was very patient with my many questions and the team was very responsive. Also very impressive was the team that installed the roof. They moved my furniture out of the way and was very careful with our brand new RV on the side. They did not just throw things off the roof like other companies I have seen. They moved everything back and the place was in great condition. My neighbor had his roof done and they had nails everywhere. We found 1 in a strange spot. That is really impressive. They took care of all the insurance questions and even went back after the insurance did not want to cover the whole roof. Greetings. In September 2023, I spoke with the Director of Operations for Top Quality Remodeling and Restorations, Gage Mihalik regarding repairs to my existing roof after damage from high winds. Gage came out the next day to meet with me and view the damages. I gave him the contact information for my homeowners insurance and TQRR handled all necessary communications with my insurance claim rep completely. Gage walked me entirely through the roof replacement and explained the entire process details from start to completion, from picking the best shingles for my job , to ensuring that every last piece of debris was collected and removed at the end of the repairs. The end result is an excellent quality roof replacement that looks GREAT and that I am extremely pleased with and I have no hesitation in highly recommending TQQR to anybody needing very high quality roofing or other home repairs or building needs. My roof was leaking, so after doing a Google search and seeing good reviews I called TQRR. They came out right away. And I mean right away, like literally 1 hour after I called them they were at my house.Fortunately it was a small leak and they fixed the roof immediately, without trying to upsell me anything. Had some missing shingles and a shutter coming off the house after the recent batch of storms. Called TQRR and they were very helpful in getting me scheduled as soon as possible.Gage is who actually came out to do the inspection (and ultimately the repairs). He was very professional and courteous. I had the please of working with Gage throughout an insurance claim for a damaged roof with my residence in Delaware. After several storms met with Gage. He helped me contact insurance adjuster. Helped me every step of the way. Paper work was seamless. Installed entire new roof. We called TQR to come out and give us an estimate on vinyl siding our house, our shed and to replace our shutters. Gabe, the Senior Project Manager, showed us many samples, explained what his company would do, and then came back to go over and explain everything included in the estimate. Most contractors we have dealt with, just emailed us the estimate. Gage came out several times a day to inspect and make sure things were going as planned and that we were happy with everything. Gabe and the employees are all top notch and cut no corners. They are extremely detailed, professional, mannerly and knowledgeable. TQR's work was way beyond our expectations. I reached out for a consult because I thought that my skylight was leaking. I was contacted right away even though it was a holiday weekend, and they scheduled something ASAP with me. Gage showed up to look at the issue. He was on time and friendly. Gave us advice on what we could do even though he said he didn't think there was a leak at all and it was actually something to do with our paint. I had my roof done with Dino and his crew a little over two years ago. He ensured my wife and I that he could get our roof done and he did just that. The crews were professional and it did not take them long to complete the job. Now let's fast forward to now. I text Gage the other day to ask a question about how to secure cabling on my roof without nailing or screwing into my roof shingles. Listen folks, it's been two years later and Gage stopped past my house on Memorial day to take a look at the cabling. In brief, he came past my house today and secured the cabling free of charge!
