I chose the Pac-Clad metal siding for my dream studio barn. Purchased 6,000 sq ft. Of this siding. This product was very expensive but I wanted the large horizontal bands on my beautiful timber frame structure.I liked the dimensional protrusion of the metal panels and chose matte black finish.Unfortunately it turned out the metal panels are full of distortion and massive oil canning that makes the facade look like a log cabin from the view of my house. My installer is very good and we determined that the bottom bend is over bent, causing the face to buckle. The company Pac-Clad Petersen representative waited months to visit and see the situation and today said the panels are within the production tolerances. See the photos and do not chose this product if you want a clean linear siding. This product is flawed and the company is refusing to take responsibility. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS MATERIAL FOR YOUR PROJECT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE QUALITY WHEN IT MISSES ON QUALITY CONTROL.

This company contacted me about my resume and brought me in for an interview. Interviewed with two women and they didn't even know how to start the interview question process. Interview lasted 15 mins tops . They couldn't even say how much the postion was paying. They said it was up to the branch manager whoever he was . Never got a call back or even email. Such a waste of my 15 minutes. But I did send them an email to thank them for inviting me in for an interview.

Their packaging of metal is horrible. It is rare that anything comes on a pallet that can be moved by forklift. The plastic on the metal is very loose and binds up all of my machines which causes way more work than intended
