Tom and his team were prompt and responsive. We had extensive water damage to our basement and the drywall and flooring had to be replaced. Tom spent a lot of time with me explaining how the insurance process worked and helped me save big time $$ since I did not have to hire a public adjuster to get a fair settlement from our insurance company. We had other contractors tell us there was no way they would do the work without a public adjuster involved. The end result of the Artistic Design and Build Team was excellent--they listened to all my concerns and fixed anything my husband and I were not satisfied with. He is a very kind, honest, and trustworthy contractor.

Tom and Nancy at Artistic Design Build Inc. have been a amazing to work with on our back yard patio/deck/landscaping. Nancy was a true visionary, listening to our thoughts and ideas and putting them to paper. She recommended great materials that both looked nice and stayed within our budget. She presented options that really worked nicely for our space.Tom expertly put the vision into action by bringing in his highly qualified team and adapting when unforeseen road blocks came up. He constantly checked in on us and was very involved in the day to day work. I had an amazing experience with Artistic Design Build. They really partnered with me to come up with a design together that honored my ideas and budget but took it to another level. The workers were serious, respectful, and professional. Tom was always available to answer questions or discuss options. I had a lot of colleagues who have had very bad experience with contractors. Tom and his team did a major renovation, adding a 2nd floor and renovating the first floor of our home. We moved out during the project. He was pleasant and easy to work with. Cannot express in words what a wonderful life saver Tom was for my family. We purchased a flipped house that became our worst nightmare in a matter of days after closing. We used Artistic Design Build to do a gut renovation and build a second level and kitchen addition to our 2 bedroom one bath 1933 bungalow home. This was a big job and only three original exterior walls remained. Everything is new and we are more than satisfied with our three bedrooms, 2.5 bath renovation.They were honest with any issues, knowledgable, worked with us on materials and went above and beyond when design issued needed to be addressed. Highly recommended and a pleasure to work with during such a long and arduous process.
