Bay Brothers was excellent in all regards. Skeptical - do not be. The Bay Brother's team is a professional, honest, and expertly managed and delivers as promised - on time and budget. Best contractor I have worked with in my last 15 projects. You cannot go wrong with Bay Brothers.I was skeptical when a Bay Brothers representative came to door and informed me that I had hail damage to my house. I allowed him to inspect the house but had no intention of proceedings. The house had been vacant during the storm. The report that Bay Brothers put together was extensive and professional. I discussed with two of my neighbors who had hail damage repairs due from the same storm. I researched Bay Brothers who had excellent reviews with the Better Business Bureau. So, I submitted the claim. Bay Brothers stayed with me as we worked for six months with our insurance company to get the repairs, a complete siding replacement, fully-approved.Bay Brothers project management was terrific at working to select the right materials, high-quality materials for our home and ensure the insurance company paid the full replacement costs.The siding installation was unusually exceptional, especially compared to what seems to be project teams that typically cannot stay on schedule and budget. The team perfectly met schedule and our Project Manager and Sales representative stayed engaged to ensure our completion satisfaction.Our Bay Brothers experience was awesome! I've used Bay Brothers Co. twice so far and every time they've done an outstanding job. Their employees are extremely professional. I've worked most closely with Josiah. He's always been quick to reply to my questions and explain my repair situation clearly. Responsiveness is important in building trust and many places are terrible at it. In the past, I've had other companies fail to return my calls about quotes or questions about a job. If a service provider won't get back to you BEFORE you even give them the job, what are going to be like once they have your money?Bay Brothers Co. is not like this. We just had our siding, gutters and roof replaced by Bay Brothers because of hail damage. Aaron the owner is a very honest guy and kept me posted during the entire process. We had some delays due to material shortage bc of covid but that was industry wide and Aaron was always responsive and kept me updated on how things were looking. Bay Brothers Co replaced my aluminum siding and gutters with great precision and care. The Bay Brothers project manager, Derrick Rea, walked me through the entire process of the homeowners insurance claim process. Derrick did the initial inspection of the siding and determined that my homeowners insurance would cover hail damage that had occurred during the late spring of 2019. Derrick, the project manager, and Aaron Beaty, the President, were present for the insurance adjuster assessment of the damage. Bay Brothers made sure all the siding and gutter damage was included on the adjuster’s claim sheet. Derrick walked me through what to expect when the materials would be arriving, when the siding and gutter teams would be doing the work, and the entire homeowners insurance claim process. The Liberty Elite vinyl siding is beautiful, durable, hassle-free, and nicely textured. The siding will never need to be painted, caulked, patched and energy efficient. The siding replacement team came to our home and did the entire job in a day, which was impressive because it had snowed an inch overnight.When the gutter installation team came, again, the job was done in the same day. I was very impressed and happy with the work done by Bay Brothers Co. Kudos to Derrick Rea, for making it happen and being there every step of the way. They made me a believer and if you want quality work done for your siding and gutters, Bay Brothers Co is the way to go!

My friend, Mrs.Ngo introduced to me Mr.Forrest Fletcher from Bay Brothers Co who sat down and wrote a contract and dealed directlywith my homeowner's insurance company regarding the damage caused by the hail storm.Mr John Buell was very nice, kept me informed about scheduling the crew to come to my house.The siding crew came around 2.00pm on Wednesday 04 Mar 2020 and finished by 5.00pm on Thursday 05 Mar 2020 , only one day and a halfthey have accomplished their job and cleaned up the work areanicely.They were professional and knowledgeable and promptthroughout the process.On 3/09/2020 Jeff Raub came and issued a Certificate of Completion.Bay Brothers Co. did an excellent job installing my damaged siding caused by the hail storm.I will recommend Bay Brothers Co. to my friends and neighbors for anycontracting job to their homes."L.
