He checked out the damage and offered to join my insurance agent as he conducted a walkthrough the next day.Greg walked me through each step along the way. We highly recommend Quality Innovation. We needed to replace our roof within a week's timeframe, and Lugo and Greg were incredibly accommodating, professional, and responsive. They did a thorough inspection of our roof (both outdoors and indoors), before construction, and answered all of our questions with patience and care. Despite a snow storm that was expected (and started while the team was working), in addition to freezing temperatures, the team delivered a finished product. Nick and his partner with Quality Innovation has been doing many odd jobs for my home for over a year. I am very pleased with the work completed by Quality Innovations, Inc. Mr. Heredia and his team worked with my insurance company to get my roof replacement fully paid for. There was also some internal water damage to a few ceilings in a few different rooms. The Quality Innovations team repaired the ceilings and placed new dry wall and did a beautiful job painting.
