roof deck leak Jan 2024. flat roof DC, duradeck material. and door frame rotted out. Great response from OnTarget, walked us through options. Did repairs about 2 weeks later when got materials. had some (minor) issues, they just did what was required with no fuss. cleaned up excellent. need test of time to insure all problems fixed, but they were so confident they went ahead and patched up/painted inside ceiling drywall wet spots & cover by warranty if find issues with future rain. Owner Mike gives a good sense of confidence. Maybe not cheapest outfit in the area, but not a fly-by-night mickey-mouse operator. You get a safe sense that it was done correctly, with good crews.

I had a positive experience with OnTarget Remodeling, and I highly recommend them. They replaced the DuraDek lining and water-damaged wood on my rooftop deck on time and within estimate. The team had to climb up and down on a ladder to access my fourth-floor roof top deck. The owner gave me options and helped me to reach a decision on the scope of work. Mike, Armando and the entire team did an excellent job painting several rooms, replacing our backsplash titles in the kitchen and replacing bathroom light fixtures (and even unclogging a bathroom drain). The team was both the most communicative and the lowest in price, and we had such a great experience we kept them on to do literally everything on our punch list before selling the house: floor repair, painting, light plumbing, outside metalwork--- they literally did it all. Oh, and I had already moved 2500 miles away, so they were able to coordinate remotely, in the middle of a pandemic, without even slipping one day from the schedule. He listens to your requests, offers solutions and is with you all the way through the process. You can text him or call him and he is there for you. I live in a wood house in the woods and had my deck and most of the siding on the back of my house replaced. My house and deck look amazing. The workman caulked around doors and windows- attention to detail was evident. They use quality products and do not cut corners. It is refreshing!
