From start to finish, working with Arocon has been a smooth and great experience. I called to have someone come out to inspect a leak. Antonio came out and not only did he do a thorough inspection but made the recommendation to replace the roof. He provided plenty of photos of my roof to show what and why it was necessary and a thorough explanation of the process. The install was completed with a crew that from what I observed was organized and clearly experienced. Antonio, who oversaw the project that day, was helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. He sent pictures of the work in progress after completion that included written descriptions and aerial photos, which I found to be a great surprise and a great way to communicate how the job went. He listened to our issue and did a very thorough inspection of our roof and chimney area suspected as the root cause of our leak. Arocon installed a new roof on my house a couple of years ago and they just replaced a skylight. The crew removing the existing skylight and installing the new one appeared to be very capable and competent and it didn't appear they had any issues installing the new skylight, even though they had to make some slight modifications to the existing opening to accept the new skylight.Service: Skylight installation

He cleaned up a few details and now I know my roof is in good condition. From start to finish, AROCON far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them!The Project Supervisor, Michael, was very thorough, responsive, knowledgeable, professional and very patient with all my questions!Gabriel and his roofing team were incredible! They traveled almost three hours each way to my home and then worked from 7am to almost 6:30pm for two days to complete my roofing replacements! Arocon Roofing installed a new roof on our home. This was a large job using a crew of 10 to complete the work. The materials were pre-staged on day one. The crew arrived on time on day two and worked from sunrise to sundown. They finished the job in two days as planned. The final product looks great. We are pleased with the new roof. The entire project from roof inspection, to proposal, to planning, to installation, to cleanup was performed in a professional manner. AROCON Roofing & Construction just finished residing my house and they did a wonderful job. The house looks so much better now. They replaced old cedar shakes that were falling off with vinyl siding manufactured to look look like shingles. I am so excited about the way it looks. AROCON also replaced my roof a couple of years ago. I like working with them because they are very responsive, they show up on time, work hard and do an excellent job of cleaning up when they are finished. I highly recommend this company.

The work that Antonio completed I have no problem with. This is not a review of the tech but the policies and practices of Arrocon Roofing.The prep that the company failed to do was potentially costly. The tech showed up at my 3 story home without the adequate equipment. His ladders were too short. Arrocon should have known the height as they installed the partial roof and full gutters. Having the wrong height ladders required potentially additional cost of the covered service. I expected to pay $60. Arrocon said it was an additional $310 to haul ladders up the roof. I said no and goodbye.Five minutes later he called back and my cost was $60.Makes me suspicious that older clients or customers unsure of their practices pay non-necessary fees to this company who send out techs without the appropriate equipment.Service: Gutter cleaning

After examining and documenting both attic areas and all sections of our roof, he made numerous minor repairs and tweaks and making a few recommendations for future work. Michael was absolutely amazing! He was so polite and professional. I felt that he went above and beyond the call of duty. He addressed all of our concerns. Explained the work and showed us before and after pictures. He was very thorough and made sure my expectations were met. We have a wrap around porch and were starting to see water seep through. He was able to repair everything with the 21 point inspection and tune up! I will absolutely recommend Arocon to anyone that needs work done.
