They may be great at replacing roofs but the customer service from Brett was terrible. I’ma single mom, putting my house on the market and was uncertain whether I needed the roof replaced, or would give a credit at closing. Brett came out, and only looked at the roof from the ground. He didn’t go up a ladder or go into the attic. He refused to give me a written estimate, just texted me the numbers ‘20-22, drastically more if plywood needed’ and when I asked for more detail he ignored my text. When he left I said I was sorry if I wasted his time and his response was ‘it’s always a waste of time if I don’t sell a roof’So, I did decide to replace my roof and Tiger will NOT be getting the job.

I hired Tiger to reroof my old (1890's), large eastern shore house as part of general home maintenance, and would definitely recommend them to others. From the estimation and scheduling process with Brett through the actual job execution by Allen and his crew, my experience was great. Their price was competitive, they were responsive to questions or requests throughout the process, worked efficiently, knew their stuff, and were just all around pleasant people. There are not enough stars to note what a fabulous job Tiger Roofing did for a disabled grandmother who was several states away when notified that my roof needed attention. Tiger Roofing answered the same day, they showed up shortly thereafter. Alan was kind enough to send me pictures and a letter needed for my insurance company right there as he finished the job. He was very reassuring considering how far away I was and unable to see what needed done myself. The charge was nominal. They were quick to call me back.I had an estimate for seamless gutters very quickly. In about 3 weeks a team showed up and installed the gutters in about 5 hrs.They looked nice and very professional. The only problem is that some water coming off of the roof is coming down between the gutter and the house. This defeats the purpose of the gutters.Update: Within 1 day Tiger reached out to me, a field rep came by that same day and made a small repair. The next day the installer come out and replaced a bent piece on the gutter guards.Tiger Roofing was quick to respond and seemed to care about my problem.Hopefully, this takes care of my issue, another rain is coming the last of this week.

Tiger Roofing did some repairs to my roof and then installed a BEAUTIFUL new roof on my house. When the original shingles we chose were unavailable, the salesman came back out with more samples and provided us with an even better shingle that I LOVE! I am beyond satisfied with the quality of their work and their craftsmanship. The team was very professional and staff was amazing to work with. They completed the entire project quickly and did a great job cleaning up. I met Tiger when they were doing a job across the street. From the initial contact to the installation, Tiger was professional, honest and mindful which provided me with a quality product. They ripped off my old roof, repaired damage from years of negelect and weather and installed a beautiful new roof in 5 hours which included immaculate clean up. I am so impressed. I was very impressed with the foreman who stayed all day & all five of the VERY hard working roofers!!! They stayed until the roof & skylight were completely finished, in great detail cleaned everything up to include "mining" for loose nails in the yard, and worked extremely hard in the high heat without any problems. I priced a few other companies for gutter installation and Tiger Roofing was the best priced for my house. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I never actually met any of the workers that came out to my house, but they were friendly and professional through phone calls and emails we exchanged. This is great company to work with. They completed an installation with a new sky light. The roof color matches the house perfectly and it is what they recommended. The Forman called every day to provided updates and when the job was done he walked around with me, explaining what they did. Tiger roofing put a new roof on our home yesterday and the personal service we received throughout the entire process was outstanding, along with the quality of their workmanship was top notch! From Ricky, Bobby and Shelby (Just to name a few) to the entire personnel was amazing and some of the most professional people I have dealt with since owning a home! Afterwards not even 24 hours of the roof being installed, a tree branch fell on the roof, causing damage through the plywood underneath. I immediately called Tiger Roofing and they responded right out and patched the damage until the storm passed. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new roof!

I recently had a roof installed on my home and additional storage shed. For the initial estimate they were very prompt and I received my estimate quickly and in detail. Upon securing them for the job I only had to wait a week or two and then part of that was the weather was not good. Everything was explained prior to the job and they arrived at 7:00 AM and by 12:30 they were finished. Again everything was explained thoroughly and the clean up was great. They worked non stop until the job was completed. I would highly recommend them. I am very pleased with the professionalism, work ethics of the crew and just the wonderful way it was all handled.

I live on Virginia's lower Eastern Shore, which is a good distance from Tiger's base. I spoke with Bobby, who drove to my house on the same day that we spoke and gave me an estimate. I had received two other estimates, but those estimates did not meet the same quality of materials that Bobby quoted. Bobby, with the support of Gary, and I were able to make an agreement on a better price than the other estimates. Thank God! Tiger arrived, on the scheduled day and finished my roof in one day. I have never seen a more professional crew than those sent by Tiger. Thanks Bobby for allowing me to become one of your most satisfied customers!

I have nothing but praise for this company. I went to quite a few different roofing companies on Delmarva. This one stood out from all of them. They went out of their way to prove they could do the job better and cheaper than the others. And boy did they. They were over $7000 cheaper than the Bros company that you hear on the radio all the time. I have a large rancher and they installed a full ridge vent and a whole new roof in one day. Granted it was an overlay of architectural shingles on an exiting shingles but they were quick and professional!! And they offered a better warranty then the others. Can't praise this company enough. They were here very quickly to give us an estimate and we found them to be very professional. When they came to do the roof, they brought a lot of guys and in just part of one day they were done. Today we had what we thought to be a roof leak (it turned out to be the air handler in the attic) we called and they were here (Easton) from Salisbury in less than an hour. Fantastic service. We recommend them highly.

The only thing I regret is how long it took me to write this review. I was in the roofing business for several years on the western shore so I knew a little bit about roofing when I started my search for the right contractor. After receiving two estimates for our roof, I decided to get a third from Tiger Roofing based on a glowing recommendation from not only my neighbor but the Town of Denton itself. Bobby came out to my house, measured the roof, gave me an estimate the same day and scheduled the work. They came out as promised with a full crew, removed the old roof and installed a new one the SAME DAY! I read that the average roof has 12000 nails and even if they get 99% of them you will still find 120 nails around the house. Well, we just did leaf cleanup in the yard and found a grand total of THREE NAILS! I cannot recommend these folks enough and I hope you are as pleased as I am.
