A few months ago Mint happened to be in my neighborhood checking for storm damage and I'm glad so they were. Mint installed new gutters, a new roof and new siding and my house and garage look great! (I wish I had taken pictures before the work to show the amazing difference.)The contractor made the whole process very easy from start to finish! The contractor walked me through filing an insurance claim and explained the process of how everything would be completed. He answered all of my questions along the way and did not try to pressure me into more services/products. He made sure every detail was right down to the color of the dryer vent, the piece behind spigot and the shutters. The scheduled was super polite every time I spoke with her. The crews that installed the roof and the siding showed up early, worked all day, cleaned up all the debris and were respectful of my property. The whole team was great! I would not hesitate to use Mint Remodeling Group if I ever need remodeling work done again.

This company was recently in our neighborhood, assessing properties for storm damage. I’m always pretty skeptical about door-to-door “salesmen”, so when my husband said “we have an appointment for a roof inspection”, I was pretty wary, but being a good wife, I went along with it. 😁And I’m so VERY glad I did. They did ALL the work!! From contacting our insurance company to the inspection, to the contract meeting, it was SO easy!Our insurance company sent a check, and we got scheduled.The CREW that came was AMAZING! I was flabbergasted that they got our entire roof ripped off and replaced in 1 day.They were respectful of our property, and even cleaned our gutters! After this experience, i may be more open to door-to-door salesmen just based off of this experience! Nice work guys! Our new roof is beautiful!

We just had our whole roof replaced by Mint Remodeling Group. I’m a little skeptical about door to door sales people. But Danny was very informative about the whole process, inspected our roof, he was very knowledgeable & professional during the whole process.We had some wind damage on our roof & Danny noticed it, & he handled the whole process of setting up the claim with my insurance company, & everything went smooth. Mint Restoration was presented to me by a friend as being a great company to deal with. I called Danny and he took care of everything from contacting my insurance company to answering any question I had throughout the process. Mint replaced the roof on my home and garage all in one day. It looks great and comes with a lifetime waranty. The job was completed within three weeks of contacting Danny. I can't say enough about Danny and his crew. The Mint crew is top notch and make the entire process literally painless. We had wind/hail damage on our roof which Ben noticed right away and he handled the whole process of setting up the claim with my insurance and everything. They found more moisture damaged plywood upon removal of shingles and replaced all that was bad. Drew, Ben and the crew that actually did the roof install are top notch. Mint Remodeling replaced my roof a few weeks ago, and here is a recap. My property here in Lancaster, PA is about 20 years old, of which the roof appears to be fine, as I haven’t experienced any leaking since we purchased the property two years ago. Mint Remodeling replaced the roof for a few other properties in my neighborhood, and they stopped by to inquire if I would be interested in a free inspection. Because I had a positive experience of replacing the roof of my previous home in Pittsburg area, I decided to give it a try. Chris Douts is my main contact at Mint Remodeling. Before he conducted the roof inspection, he took the time to speak with me and explain the whole process. One of my questions was if the insurance premium would go up if the claim is submitted, and Chris called the insurance company together with me and we were reassured that would not be the case. Upon inspection, Chris identified that there were significant damages to the roof that most likely would warrant a full replacement. He then worked collaboratively with the insurance adjuster, whose job is to determine if roof damage exists, what caused the damage, and if the damage is covered under the insurance policy. My claim was fully approved, and I signed a contract with Mint Remodeling. We were provided different colors of the new roof to choose from, and Chris (and Drew, owner of Mint Remodeling) made sure that our HOA would not have any issue with the chosen color. The crew arrived on time as scheduled, completed the job in one day, and cleaned the whole lawn when they left. They also made sure that my gutter guards were put back properly. We used to have some water pouring down near the edge of the roof at the backyard porch when it rains heavily, and I was happy to find that it was no longer an issue after the roof was replaced. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of the project, the professionalism of the staff, and the easy process of communicating with Mint Remodeling.

The entire process for getting my roof replaced was extremely easy. Eric handled everything, including coordinating with my insurance company, letting me know the entire process, and prepping my yard and driveway.The installers were very prompt and courteous. The cleanup was great. The entire installation took about 6 hours to complete. There were absolutely no issues, and I would be very comfortable using their services again.

I had a great experience with Drew and his team. He inspected my roof for storm damage and fairly advocated my position with my insurer. Although only half our roof qualified for replacement through our insurer; we decided to have our entire roof replaced because their estimate was fair and reasonable. Mint Remodeling Group replaced my roof last May due to wind damage. Scott, who was my salesperson with Mint, dealt directly with the insurance company. He was communicative, responsive and professional throughout the entire process. The roofing crew arrived on the scheduled date and time, and completed the work in less than a day. They were careful with my landscaping and plants surrounding my house, there was zero damage. Before the crew left they cleaned up all debris/nails. I highly recommend Mint Remodeling Group if you need to have your roof replaced.

I am very very happy this company they were there for us from the beginning to the end. My wife and I I appreciate everything that they have done for us. They went the extra mile to make sure that the insurance company pay for a new roof. At first, the insurance company just wanted to patch up my roof so this guy’s when the extra mile because they knew what needed to be done. This guy Eric came back got on top of the roof took a sample of the shingle and send it to the company who made the shingles because he understood that we are up in age and we need it the help. Our full roof replacement was about a month ago! We are still in shock every time we pull into the driveway just how great it turned out and the quality of the work done all in one day!! Ben and Drew helped talk my husband and I through the insurance process with this replacement. As we had wind damage and also the start of water damage to part of our ceiling inside. They came took pictures, started the insurance claim, helped answer tons of questions along the way before even picking out the products!! These 2 guys are very professional, polite the whole time during this procedure. Their install team put in a very hard long day and were extremely considerate about protecting things around the home outside. They cleaned up all their materials at the end of the day! I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof replacement in the future!!

I noticed a shingle on the corner of my roof blown off and I was starting to get water damage in my living room. I had procrastinated getting it looked at due to knowing the cost was not going to be cheap assuming there was also more damage than what I could see and not knowing if insurance would cover it. I came home to a flyer on my door from Mint remodeling and decided to give them a call just to talk and see what my options were. I'll have to say I was skeptical and very cautious at first, but drew came out and assessed the damage which i watched closely and we filed a claim. Drew was very knowledgeable, professional and walked me through the whole process of what this would look like. the insurance adjuster came out and so did drew. originally my insurance only wanted to pay for half my roof and "repair" on the other half. drew suggested using a public adjuster which again i was skeptical about but read over everything with a fine tooth comb and it all seemed straight forward so i went forward with it. man I'm so glad i did. they went to bat for me and my insurace company paid for my whole roof replacement for nothing more than my deductible i even got my plywood paid for due to having older style sheathing and needing it updated! my insurace company dragged there feet but once approved Drews crew was quick. scheduled out in a week, completed in a day. i saved so much money i was able to afford new gutters and those were installed the following day by noon! drew was great and super responsive i never had an ignored text or call. the new roof and gutters look great! and the crew cleaned up like they were never there. if you're skeptical don't be Drew is the man!Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation, Attic venting installation, Roof damage repair
