Ace Home Services finished my basement into a In-Law Suite including a large t.v. room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The price was competitive and they did not go over budget or add "extra fees." I dealt directly with the owner and he did not sub out jobs. The work was completed 1 week early and the original completion date was completely reasonable. I had Jay come over to Put in a new hot water heater(thinking it was going to be a typical high plumbing rate, he charged half the price!!!! I’m mom and I were extremely surprised and satisfied.Jay and his crew also put a new roof on our house in College Park and we were very satisfied.
