Damien is great to work with. I found him to be honest and trustworthy. He is prompt and really works hard to get insurance to pay. Our roof was done in two days including replacing the plywood. They cleaned everything up including the nails. We have a great warranty. I highly recommend precision restoration for all roofing needs. I didn’t do anything except file a claim with our insurance company

Great company was very helpful with working with getting our roof redone with insurance company. Work was beautifully done with contractor. Highly recommend this company for any roof repairs.The only problem I had was not being kept up on the progress of when work was going to be done & when going through the process of getting the work done, picking out the singles and other parts we felt rushed through the process.All and all we our very pleased with Precision Restorations.

Precision Restorations replaced my roof and did a wonderful job!! They were available for any question that I had and everyone was very professional. They constantly were cleaning up and making sure that no debris was left behind in our yard. They also helped me decide on a specific shingle that would match and it turned out great. Damien and his team are extremely friendly and professional. They were quick to respond to my need to go out to my parents home and provide assistance on what they could do. He was able to get us on the schedule quickly and even came out on a Sunday to take a look at the roof. He actually got on top of the roof where others roofers had not. We had severe water damage inside our home and used Precision Restorations to restore the damage. James Velasquez and his team supported us every step of the way. He responded to all of our questions in a timely fashion and made the whole process easy.I am happy with the overall quality of the work. I asked them to restore it as a surprise for my dad, and they did such an amazing job at it. Theo Restrepo was the person who came to help, and he was also very friendly and very precise with what he was doing! He sent me a text a half hour before our appointment to confirm that it was still okay for him to stop by, so he has great communication! I will call again when I have some roof issues and refer to friends

He offer to schedule an appointment at my most convenient time and day for me. He was on time for our appointment and he did what he had to do. I highly recommend Precision Restorations for roof repairs/ replacement. Not only was Damien (Owner) helpful with insurance claim, but also advising on color, type and grade of roofing tile to choose.The team was professional, proficient and cleaned up the area around my house neatly. We received several quotes, from other Roofing Companies which were lower and some higher, than Precision Restoration , but Precision Restoration just seemed to be more educated about roofing questions, answers and products. We are extremely pleased with the end result.
