ARHT did an outstanding job with the insulation job in my attic. They identified two bathroom fans that were not vented properly and provided solutions to fix the issue. They gave me a fair price quote after reviewing several options available to me. I felt a noticeable difference in the house temperature soon after the job was completed and am confident that the work they performed is a great value for the services provided. I knew I had to replace my very old roof, but was pretty scared about the process. ARHT was the first estimate I had and they were so thorough with explaining the process and walking me through the details that I ended up choosing them. I am so pleased with the results! The workers were great - amazingly fast and very tidy. Special shout out to Carlos who was in charge of the flat roof section. He took time out to talk me through what he was doing and it is clear he is an expert and really cares about his work. Another shout out to Ashley in the office - she is a joy to talk to every time! This was a big job and the first major project on this home and it ment a lot to me that I was treated respecfully (no one asked for the man of the house) and more than that my home was treated well. The roof looks so nice and I am very happy with the whole process.

I hired ARHT Home Solutions to rebuild my chimney and conduct a full roof replacement. The company provides high quality material and labor. They do not cut corners on any step and paid close attention to all the details necessary to ensure the roof was completed appropriately. The company rep came by the house to acquaint us with ARHT, its services, and what it stood for - specifically Artistry, Respect, Honesty, Trust. We were initially skeptical that his presentation might merely be a marketing ploy. However, he patiently listened to us, weighing our concerns, and finally assuaged our fears. We felt that the price negotiated was fair and initiated the contract to have our door replaced. During the time our door was being prepared, an ARHT representative was in regular communication with us to keep us abreast of what was being done and to determine what we might need.• When the installers and door arrived, we stayed nearby to observe the execution of the job. We were truly impressed with the meticulous approach of the workers; the foreman first shielded the rest of the house from the work area to prevent the spread of dust or debris. The installation of the door was seamless and very precise. We are pleased with the installation process and the superb quality of the door. At the completion of the job, the cleanup was thorough; the workers swept and vacuumed the work area to our satisfaction.• During the installation, the company rep stopped by to oversee the work, and returned the next day to see the completed job. He reiterated to us the special qualities of the door, and provided us with care instructions.• We are very happy with the final product. The door looks and feels very sturdy. ARHT Home Solutions did an excellent job replacing my roof. In Chevy Chase, MD, there is a lot of competition for contractors, and ARHT home solutions stood out. They had consistent and frequent communications throughout the process, keeping me informed of scheduling, materials delivery, and job progress. I did upgrade to the GAF HDZ Architectural Shake-wood colored shingles and synthetic underlayment, giving me a 50-year roof that looks great. They were able to match the flashing to the roof color, which made a big difference in the look around the chimney.The day of the installation, they arrived on time at 7:00 am, something that is hard to do in DC traffic without careful planning. They unloaded the roofing materials and cleared the street of their vehicle quickly, spread tarps around the house to catch debris that couldn’t be tossed straight into their dumpster, conveniently parked in our driveway, and showed exceptional professionalism throughout the removal and install process. Even though they were missing half the crew because of sickness, they worked diligently and completed the work to high standards and within the estimated time window. This included the cleanup, which, being fall with leaves all over the ground, made it clear that they were committed to leaving the property cleaner than they found it.The post install walk-through was great to close the process. My point of contact had pictures of the installation process to show the condition of the planking under the roof; the roof install process; the craftmanship in installing flashing around the chimney, gables, and skylights; and ridge and valley treatments on my roof’s many hips. We replaced our roof with ARHT Home Solutions! They arrange a time and day to go over my alternatives. We ultimately decided to have the roof replaced to match the original shade and style. They told me that we would receive the materials the day before work began and that the team would show up early the install morning. We requested a later start time due to having an infant in the home, but we were also informed that it might result in a completion delay. As we worked together, the onsite project manager was proactive with keeping us informed of his teams' development due to some rain delays and having to replace worned plywood.At completion, The ARHT Home Solutions PM and I reviewed the finished product which looks great and the family feels the house's environmental has improved.

All members of AhRT Home Solutions from the estimator, project manager, to the installation team were very professional in the performance of their duties. Special thanks to Michael and the whole team for their persistence in dealing with my insurance company who only wanted to pay for roof repair, rather than replacement. Michael carefully explained that roof repair would lead to further damage. The insurance company concurred with Michael’s persuasive argument and authorized the full replacement. Michael coordinated the process of ordering the shingles and scheduling the installation date. The installation team arrived on time and kept me informed of the process. Once the work was completed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the debris and performed a final inspection. I highly recommend AHRT to anyone interested in their roofing service. Since we had damage getting our insurance involved was a different approach to the project. We needed several upgrades like a ridge cap and skylight replacement. Suzanne our consultant was very helpful and simplified everything. ARHT scheduled the work around my wife’s meetings which was great since she works at home. The installation went smoothly as the shingles portion was done in one day. The end result was a very good looking roof with all the extras that we needed. They did a great job cleaning up after completion so I couldn’t tell we had a new roof installed. The roof looks great and no mess.
