The service was completed two days ago, so I won’t assess its quality until a week or two later. My dissatisfaction lies mainly with the management, from the initial phone responder to the plumber’s supervisor. Upon calling, I explained the recurring issue of toilets clogging despite a prior plumber’s visit. Both toilets, in the hallway and master bath, experienced the problem. I contacted JF solely for their longer snake, beyond 6 feet. Initially, the phone responder quoted $300 for snaking both toilets, or $400 with toilet removal. However, the plumber, upon arrival, insisted on pulling out the toilets. When the manager call to confirm the work it raised the price to $450 per toilet. The manager pressured me to decide immediately, disregarding the initial quote. After disputing the price, he said he would have honored the $300 had I hadn’t questioned him for so long. So he actually could honor the initial quote but he just refused to do so? this is not an honest business practice and I was VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

Your technician Gene made a repair to our rear outdoor pipe and faucet this morning. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. The replacement pipe and hardware look great and work great. Gene made a special effort to make the repair fit in a small space. Thanks for a job very well done at an affordable price!

Great experience with JF Plumbing. Called at 7:45am with a clogged kitchen sink, and by 8:30 had a great technician, Gene, at the front door ready to help. He was professional, transparent, and thorough, taking care of the clog in no time. He also provided helpful tips to prevent future issues and maintain the pipes. Price was in the range I expected and certainly worth it for the time, inconvenience, and effort it saved me and my family. JF will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

I had an issue with my toilet leaking and I was very concerned. Patrick B. Was the plumber who was assigned to my issue. He was amazing very professional. He explained what was happening and and how it would and should be corrected this eased my concern. I thought it was very personable that he took the time to educate and inform. Kitchen sink clogged on a Monday night with house full of guests.I gave JF a call due to their proximity to me and their good reviews. The service technician arrived on time, gave me pricing upfront and took care of the clog. He even recommended some tips to keep it from clogging again. Very impressed with this company and now I have a go to plumber for any plumbing issues I have. I highly recommend them!

Hello!! We had a cracked sewer stack and JF Plumbing sent out technician, Patrick who quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem within a 24 hr period!!!! He was excellent in providing customer service and calmed our fears. Phew! And to top it off, he was funny. Great experience and great service.Thank you!

Words cannot express how thankful I am for the Angel walking the earth who is Gene. He came out quickly to find and fix a problem more significant than I realized. Being a woman home alone whose Army husband was away I felt so vulnerable. Gene was patient, kind and professional. He explained everything he was doing, walked me through each decision that needed to be made and was able to keep me calm in an unexpected and horrible situation. The plumber (gene) arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He assessed the problem based upon what he could see and what I told him. He then asked his bosses for advice on how to proceed and for the estimate.When given the go ahead to make the repair, he worked quite quickly to disassemble the plumbing and showed me that he did not have the correct part. I then pointed out that he was trying to replace the wrong part. His initial diagnosis was incorrect because I had taken steps to stop the leak which kept him from actually seeing the problem. Once correctly identified, he fixed the problem very quickly and reassembled the plumbing with no further issues.Overall, a great job!

Good Morning JF Plumbing it is 2/9/2024. I needed a new spigot/pipe that he had to put in behind the stove. I just want to say that Jene "the young one with the beard" did a fanatic job all by himself. He explained everything thoroughly, very patient and neat. The outcome is beautiful I love the new spigot. Jene cleaned up everything very good, covered up the drywalls and explained the location of the new shut off vale, he even set the time back on my stove :). I am now knowledgeable how to winterize my home. Thanks Jene - happy and satisfied customer :)

Plumber did an outstanding job replacing a leaking faucet in the kitchen. Identified the problem immediately and was able to get the parts to replace the spout and the pipes beneath the sink the same day. He also cleaned up the area after finishing the repairs.
