We hired Turulo General Contracting to power-wash, stain, and seal our 7-year-old deck, plus paint an interior stairwell. When I first reached out to Walter Lopez (owner), he was quick to respond and came over the same day to review the job and give me an estimate. His proposal was more than fair, so we decided to engage him to complete the work for us as soon as he was able. Walter and his assistant showed up on time the following week and completed the job as promised and actually a bit earlier than we expected. The deck looks brand new and my stairwell (connecting our finished basement to the rest of the house) is now freshly sanded and painted.I can't say enough good things about Turulo General Contracting! Walter was polite and courteous, very communicative (by text and phone), on time every day, respectful of the property, and the work he did was top-notch. Clean-up was great as well - you wouldn't even know they were here except for the fine work they left behind. Thanks Walter! We found Walter/Turulo Contracting through our neighbors, who had a brand new screened in porch and renovated home completed by Walter. We requested his contact information and from the initial conversation Walter was professional, polite, and a man of his word.Walter completed an estimate for us and sent it in a timely fashion. We agreed upon the work and he let me know when he was going to arrive. Walter and his employees arrived on time and went straight to work! They completed a difficult task of redoing all of our screens on our porch in one day! I got home to an awesome fresh new screened in porch in perfect timing to enjoy a bug free summer! I met Walter/Turulo Cont. at a home supply store. I ask for his card and followed up with a call to come by and look at my home, where I wanted an opening cut into the side of my house/kitchen to add a new window. He estimated he needed three days and I agreed. The work was quoted at a reasonable price and the finish was fabulous.With Turulo Construction I have found a go to guy when the work is beyond my capabilities. Give him a shot, his team was respectful of my home and made sure to maintain an enclosed area by plastic curtains to contain the area of the house to keep debris down.Great! Excellent work! Highly recommend!

This company, owned by Walter Lopez, does both large and small ("handyman") projects. I had several small projects I wanted done that a couple of other general contractors wouldn't do because they were too small. They both told me to contact a handyman.Mr. Lopez and his crew showed up on time; the work they did was excellent; communication from Mr. Lopez regarding a choice I needed to make on one material was excellent; and the workmanship was excellent also.It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and wants to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I will be using this company for future projects.I recently contracted with Mr. Lopez for another small "handyman" project. Just like the first time, he and his employee did an excellent job.
