I recently had storm damage to the roof of my home, which caused a leak and water was coming inside my house, right beside the baby's nursery! I contacted another company first, and they never showed! I was referred to Chuckie Mooney and Bay Area Exteriors from a mutual friend. I am SO GLAD I called! Chuckie came out immediately (after hours) and patched the hole in roof to avoid further water damage. He explained the whole process for me and handled negotiations with the insurance company on my behalf. He was in constant communication, very educated, and on time every time! He eased every worry I had and was able to get everything repaired very quickly, restoring a safe space for my family and infant. I can't say enough good things about this company. I pray you never suffer this sort of damage but these guys are certainly the ones to call! Thank you Chuckie and Ashley for all you did for us!!!

Look at this transformation! I needed the whole exterior of my home done, roof, gutters, soffit, fascia, siding, and windows. I contacted Chuckie Mooney with Bay Area Exteriors on a Friday afternoon to see if he could give me an estimate. He responded immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next business day. I had my estimate within a couple of days, which is incredibly fast for such a large project. Chuckie was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he was helpful as well in helping me achieve the look I was going for. I showed him pictures of what I liked, we talked about my budget, and he helped me decide on different materials to help me save where I could so that I could complete the project in the most affordable way. His guys worked non-stop and had my roof completed in one day. It was well into the evening when they finished, and Chuckie was there to make sure I was pleased, and all was well. The siding and the windows were done at the same time and took about a week to complete due to the amount of rotten plywood I had under the original siding. His guys worked tirelessly, were professional, and Chuckie was always available for any questions I had along the way. To say I am happy with the outcome is an understatement. Before the siding was finished, I received numerous phone calls and text messages from friends, family and neighbors telling me how beautiful everything was. They did an amazing job at an affordable price. I work in the real estate industry, so I meet a lot of people looking for recommendations for contractors. I had a leak in my roof over my garage, and I contacted Bay Area Exteriors to see if they could help me. The were quick to contact me back and came out within a few days to do an inspection. This is where the quality and professionalism of the company started to show. There is many ways a company can make a job out to be more than it is. But Bay Area did not take that route, they advised me that my roof was still in excellent condition. That the main issue was an easy, fast and inexpensive fix. Their honesty, saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.They quoted me with a more than reasonable price and we're out to do the work before the next rain could do anymore damage. The owner and his team seemed to really care that I had a positive, long lasting outcome. They checked back several times to ensure that the leak was fixed. They will certainly have my business in the future. If it was possible to give them more stars I would. We had a good experience working with Chuckie Mooney, he and his crew were amazing. They removed and replaced the shingles on the entire roof, including 223 new sheets of plywood decking over four very long days. The Church has multiple steep gable roof surfaces, valleys and a bell tower adding additional complexity to the work. Chuckie was fully engaged throughout the project addressing each detail and communications with both the insurance company and church contact. Loved working with Bay Area Exteriors. I'm a new home owner and have never replaced a roof before. The stress was severe and i definitely didn't have the funds to pay for it. Jesse from Bay Area came and looked at my roof and said there was a good chance my insurance would cover it. Once I talked to my insurance and got the approval, he took completely over. I didn't have to do anything. He worked with the insurance company and got my roof done in a day. (Mind you, I have a small roof) the process took a total of, about a week and a half.
