I am a local guide that Google users find very helpful. Note how few other reviews their supposed "customers" have done. Exactly one per. Expect to wait months while your house is a construction site. I've realized these smaller companies take on more jobs than they can handle because they charge a third up front, a third to start work, and another third when the job is complete. This way they can artificially stay afloat simply by starting more jobs. Their turn over rate is high, and apparently some customers can wait years for a simple replacement door. Very unprofessional. They also will check your social media, and their toxic work environment is evident in the work they do.

The experience was positive in total. There was an inventory shortage halfway through the project so it was delayed about a month. The employees building the porch left a good amount of nails and screws in the yard, so I had to go around with a magnet and picked up a couple pounds of them. Afterwards, a ladder and some other equipment were left in the driveway for a couple of weeks before they came back to pick them up. Unfortunately, our leftover gutters were not picked up, so I have to figure out what to do with them.All of this was communicated to the staff, who was very understanding. Like I started, I'm happy with the project's end result, even though the process was a bit bumpy.

Had front and back composite steps put in, new storm doors with brick molding and new floors put in my living room, hall, TV room and 2 bedrooms. Absolutely awesome job done !!!
