Great selection at a really good price. Installation went very efficiently. Excellent customer service. There was one issue with a damaged part that we noticed after the installation. I called the shop and explained what I had found. They were very apologetic and assured me it will be resolved. Within 2 weeks new part arrived and it was changed out. I would definitely recommend them for a new installation.

We had 3 pellet inserts serviced and the flues cleaned out. Holt and team were highly professional and explained everything very clearly. They found a couple of problems with 2 of the inserts and will order the replacement parts. Highly recommended!Update: Holt and Troy came out again today 2/9/24 for the pellet inserts installation and did a great job. They arrived promptly, removed the old ones and put in the new, making sure that everything was working perfectly. Outstanding skills, and excellent communication. They kept us informed as the job progressed, and at the end reviewed the operation of the new pellet inserts. Left everything immaculate. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience with Holt and Troy, and Ace Chimney Sweep.

Tyler came out with another technician to evaluate the "negative" findings documented during the home inspection performed in the sale of our house. Not only did they reapply the coating on the crown but they also provided proof that the photos taken by the inspector were not at all in line with the actual condition of our chimney.I highly recommend Ace Chimney Sweeps for all your fireplace & chimney needs. We have been loyal customers for years, we would continue using them if we had a fireplace in our new home.

Holt and his partner were very polite, quick and efficient. They laid down cloth to keep my floors clean and even shoveled the snow from around their truck to keep from tracking it in the house. They did a thorough cleaning of my pellet stove and vent pipe and even showed me how the vent pipe disconnects so I can maybe clean it myself in the future. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Called on Monday to get an estimate for some brick work and was told someone would contact me Tuesday morning. I was not contacted on Tuesday. Then, on Wednesday I got a call, asking if I had questions about the service. I explained that I never heard from anyone. I was told someone went to my house and rang the doorbell and also called my cell phone. I have no missed calls on my cell phone and no notifications on my Ring doorbell. I was then told that someone would be out later this week and would call approximately half an hour before they show up. I explained that would not work, due to my work schedule and I need to make an appointment. I was told someone would call me back to schedule an appointment, but I still haven't heard from anyone. All I got was a text asking me to provide my feedback, so that's what this is.

We have used Ace every year for the last ten years. They stand by their work. We are selling our house and the buyer’s chimney inspector made some allegations about our chimney. Ace repaired the rubberizing they had done before, at no cost. They also inspected the chimney for any problems. Most of the findings the other inspector found were not substantiated. I would use Ace again if our new house had a chimney. We will be recommending them to anyone who needs chimney service.

Great service. We purchased a Hartman pellet stove, it works perfect. They also carry Big Green Egg products, my favorite lump charcoal. They have a large warehouse and knowledgeable staff. They may not answer the phone, because they are busy. Don't let that discourage you.

Our Stove Store installer came on time, shortly after 8 a.m., and was quick and obviously very experienced. The whole job was done in less than an hour. He took out the old "fireplace" and replaced with the cast-iron stove, swept the floor of cobwebs from under the old unit, tested, gave us a test run and was gone. Very expedicious and friendly.

Travis the Ace Chimney Sweeps service technician was very knowledgeable about our gas heater and did a remarkable job with his inspection. He made sure that we knew exactly how to operate the unit and what to do if the pilot went out. Travis was also very friendly and personal which said to us that he not only cared about doing a good job but doing a good job for us. If Ace is reflective of Travis, then they are a company that cares about their work and their customers.
