I had to go out of my way to recall all info needed to write this review because they are worth it. Paul built my forever home and my biggest investment 29 years ago. Every contractor I know has complimented the way the original roof has held up and ask who built my home. I have decided to replace my roof because I should but it doesn't need it because of the work they did. The whole house has held up beautifully. Same windows and shingles and all. Did I mention the reasonable price? Forever grateful.

Paul Palmer and his vice president, Darryl, discuss timelines, costs, potential obstacles, etc. with integrity, honesty, and experience. They promised efficiency (likened to a Navy Seal Team) and delivered! Their contractors were trustworthy, flexible, dependable, and affordable. I would highly recommend Bay Country Associates. They helped me design and build my dream dental office. Throughout the process, communication was always open and prompt, the work was top notch, and the job finished on time and on budget. Their integrity is second to none. During the construction process, the foundation cost came in lower than Paul originally budgeted. Rather than taking that extra money as profit (as I am sure is normal in the industry), he gave it to me as a credit toward the project. Finally, 8 months after the construction project was completed, a window was broken, and they promptly returned to fix it. Their service after construction has been great. Choosing a builder for a project of great importance is a very tough decision to make, but choosing Bay Country Associates was the best one I could have made. I recommend them to anyone looking to build a commercial or medical building.

I had an inspection on a listing and the home the inspector had questions on the roof structure on a 31 year old addition. I called Mr Palmer the builder of the addition. Last fall a tree fell on our home and when combined with planned renovations Bay Country completed an extensive list of work while we vacationed in Florida this winter.
