This one was a huge disappointment. I read the reviews which were good. We spoke earlier this year and this guy seemed reputable. So after several other quotes we decided to hire Randy and his crew (Ingram Services). When we got closer to the week he was suppose to start we had to contact him for an exact date and time. He has no secretary and is very unorganized. First issue- at the time of signing Randy did a sloppy drawing of what the fence would look like. When it was time to start the project, he said that he did not measure out the whole fence in space that we figured was added in this sloppy diagram. So there is not fence up against my neighbors fence like we wanted and thought we were quoted for. He said that would cost us an additional $1400.00. So basically you are now the highest quote we received. Second issue- he was never around, he came the first day for a few minutes with his guys and left. Third issue- his guys started off ok and then became messy. The door to the fence is ridiculous. My husband had to get them to go to Lowes to cement the polls that were shaky. This project that he said would take two days turned into over a week. Rain was not a factor for seven days. Then Randy texted me and said can he come pick up the remaining payment. I told him we need to go over this job your guys did first. His attitude sucked when we were looking for answers at to why the fence was so uneven. He admitted the door was not acceptable. Bottom line . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This was a bad call on my part. My neighbors ask me about him when they first started but now I would NEVER, give him a reference. I am sorry I did not use another company. So now they have fixed the door after having to stay on these guys since the project started.Service: Fence building

A 6-8 weeks job takes over 8 months to complete.This company has the audacity to advertise his business in front of my housing development and has not completed the patio which was suppose to be completed in Oct 2023. He will give you all excuses for not communicating with his clients and not finishing the work. He was sick, he had to attend his child’s game, it rained, it snowed, he does not have any workers, etc. One thing he will do is take your money and not return your calls. I want my money back for the inconvenience and illness he has brought on me for putting extreme stress and worry on me. All other work in my back yard has been put on hold because all of his tools and machine are in my yard taking up space. I have never dealt with a company such as this before.He will reply to a post online, but refuse to wire me my money or phone me personally.Watch out for this company!!!!

Nice touch.He has an outstanding local crew of hard workers and all around nice people. They labored in 90+ degree heat. Our deck needed repairs because the previous contractor did not perform the work properly.
