Had a great experience with Wise Construction. They were very knowledgeable and on point. They subcontracted with JF construction and landscaping to complete my project. Would highly recommend Ken & Team and JF Construction and Landscaping.We had a gigantic stone fireplace, that had several issues, removed (over 20k lbs. of stone). We had stucco repaired, gutter repaired, roof repaired, and double doors removed and replaced, and patio expanded! It was a big project. Everyone was super nice and easy to work with and I'll definitely be calling them again for future projects.See the before and after pics!

At the beginning of January we had a massive water leak on the first floor of our town home...there was about 4000 gallons of water that had flooded the entire level. I was 5 months pregnant at the time and we had just finished all the renovations in this newly purchased home. Once the water mitigation company finished, Wise Construction was able to come out the same week and give us a quote for repairs. The handled talking to our insurance company about repair costs and started repairs within a week or so of getting the go ahead for our insurance. Repairs were completed by the beginning of February and it looks like nothing ever happened! (It actually looks a lot better than it did before). I cannot recommend this company enough for home repairs or new construction! We recently requested a quote for a deck which they were able to get to use faster than the other companies that we had reached out to. They took into consideration the size of our very small yard and gave us options on how to get the deck that we wanted while still reserving the yard space!Services: Install flooring, Paint indoors, Waterproofing, General repairs, Plumbing fixture installation, Repair flooring, Drywall repair

Recently, we had our kitchen remodeled with Wise Construction after we had water damage from a broken dishwasher water line. They were very responsive when we called for an estimate. The crews were very professional and on time every day. The quality of the work was exceptional. We would definitely use them again for future work and we would definitely recommend their services. If you want a good construction company. Get wise and find someone elese..no follow up on work..time is what they want to if they can. Over half the work they will find someone else to do it..highly not recommended
