ALP Roofing provided a professional and courteous experience during all phases of the project. Always timely for their appointments and excellent communication throughout. ALP worked with us to explain the pros and cons of various roofing options for a low pitch roof, and further tracked the roofing materials we wished to use for our project. ALP provided a fair estimate that came in under two others we had received. The roofing crew were pleasant and completed the project in a timely manner. They took care to ensure that the roof was installed correctly, noting the incorrect installation of the previous roof and how there approach ensured a proper installation. Highly recommend using ALP for any roofing project.

I had several shingles blow off of a very old roof. ALP Roofing came and replaced the missing shingles, and I had them give me an estimate for a new roof. (It's more than due.) They did an amazing job, and left the yard spotless.Very professional, and easy to deal with.When I replace the roof, they'll be the ones doing it!

Was looking to get my roof replaced along with my neighbor in an adjoining townhome. The whole process of researching companies, getting estimates and making a decision took me about a month or so. Worked in the Home Improvement industry for 8 years so I’m no stranger to how things work.I researched the company and found nothing negative at all, which led me to believe when they do have a problem they handle it. Any communication I had with them was always dealt with in a timely manner unlike most of the industry. It was refreshing!!My roof was completed a few days ago, the guys were all nice and polite and after they cleaned up you wouldn’t even have known they were there at all…….and I did look for roofing staples after they left and found none. Called another roofer and their costs for repair were $900. Decided to get a second estimate. Employer actually inspected the damage and determined repair was unnecessary! The repairman actually advised me on two unrelated repair questions all completely free. That is what I would call reputable!

Brenden and team did a great job on my roof. He was flexible and forthright on the options for attic ventilation, shingles, etc. Other roofers were not. The crew was on-time, they worked late and they did a great cleanup. I have worked with several other roofers in the past, and the experience was never as good as with ALP. Most of them are happy to take your money, but then resist any adjustments when on the job or anything out of the ordinary. I had ventilation, water damage and rotten wood issues, and Brenden made changes on the fly to give me most solid and long-lasting options. If you read this review and chose another roofer, you are being foolish. Brenden operates ALP in an old-school manner that rarely exists today. The crew was prompt and set up the tarps and then proceeded to remove the old shingles and underlayment. They worked steadily through the day and finished towards evening. Everything that was specified in the work order was done. The clean up was done and the area left spotless. The roof looks great. I would recommend this company.

We had ALP fix a leak that keeps coming back after a few years. We had a hiccup come up at the end of our job, within minutes of learning of the issue management was the phone with us taking full ownership of it and working with us to resolve it. Job went very well, the crew even cleaned our gutters for us, which wasn't on the job sheet! I definitely recommend this company.

We can’t say enough great things about ALP ROOFING and Jesse Harrah!Recently, after seeing a huge leak in our ceiling we realized we had storm damage to our roof. We contacted two local roofing companies - both companies quickly sent estimators out to our home. Both guys were great, but Jesse with ALP Roofing sent us a quote and followed up right away. He even offered to meet the insurance adjuster at our home to explain the repairs required. My husband and I were super impressed. (The other company never even followed up with us.)From start to finish Jesse has been exceptional! He was available every time I called / sent a text, is very friendly, always professional and even helped guide us in picking the new shingle and gutter colors. The best part was he dealt directly with our insurance and he did meet the adjuster at our home! We never had to worry about a thing. The contractors installed our new roof in one day and were also equally professional! There was a small spot leak entering our house from the roof, that was leaving a water spot on our ceiling after storms. Our roof is older, and we were looking to build a relationship with roofing experts for when we needed ours replaced. I called ALP because of the high reviews I found online, and now I see why! I met with Brenden who took a look at our roof and caulked the problem area. He took time to answer all of my questions about the roof, what roof replacement looks like, and how to best proceed planning for a replacment in the future. I definitley will be working with ALP again with all of my roofing, siding and gutter issues!

Called ALP on Thursday to have a piece of Flashing replaced along my roof line from the Storm damage and they came out on Saturday and replaced the missing piece no questions asked. Had a small water spot appear on my ceiling after some heavy rain. Jesse came out to help diagnose the cause of the issue. Took his time with his inspection and answered my questions and concerns. No repair work needed but he did provide some recommendations for things I could do which was appreciated. Going to keep an eye on it but if further work is needed I will be going with ALP. Professional, on time and courteous. Would recommend
