This company signed a contract and left my house incomplete after working in it for 1 month.. In the beginning, I asked him how much to do everything I'm asking for with labor and supplies . he said $30k. He then asked for payments to start but met me at Home Depot with none of the money for supplies. I then had to buy the supplies and deduct it from the total and that's how it was going on for the remainder of the job. once the payments he received reached $20k, he said he needs the final payment of $10k to pay his workers. bc the laminate floor, the island, the front stoop concrete finish and trench in the back yard wasn't completed or purchased, I didn't feel comfortable giving him this last payment. I even compromised with him and said I would send him $5k of it then he quit. my bathroom wasn't completed, the walls were not painted in the house and the drop lights for over the island were not installed. He left my house a mess with pee left in my new toilet, blood on my walls from one of the workers cutting themself, my fridge unplugged for a week. If someone has all his current addresses, I can find him so he can be served and sued. Do not trust and hire this company. he will take all your money. He deserves no stars

I received a quote from the company. From the quote the contractor was trying to make me add on things I didn’t come up with. When I declined his suggestions, it made him a little upset. I hired this company Jan 2022. He told me it was going to take a month to finish. He gave me a quote which included materials and labor. So I asked him do I give u half up front and half when u finish. He stated he needed all the money before the job is completed and can only hold off on $2500 at the end. With that being said, he was supposed to buy the materials. I said I want to pick everything out so we go to the store together. I gave him 2 payments in 2 weeks of 10k.. we went to Home Depot and he said oh, I didn’t bring any money. That was not apart of the deal. So I said that now I’m buying materials, I can’t give all the money up front. The whole job was 30k to knock down a wall, do a complete bath Reno with new fixtures, paint the whole 1 story house excluding the bedrooms, new hard wood floor, new back sliding door with screen, new front screen door, concrete put on the front porch, trench built in the back yard, recess lighting. All was in a contract except the wall knock down. This company got 20k with materials out of me but did not do what everything that was in the contract. He quit the job because he asked for more money when I still had to buy a front screen door, kitchen island, hard wood floors with base boards and corner round. He would have gotten the remaining balance at the end. So I have pictures and documents including the contract of the unfinished work that I’m taking to the courthouse to at least get 5k back for having to hire someone else and him breaching the contract. This man will act like he’s giving u a deal but rob you at the same time.
